I have rented from Purely Storage for a few years. My unit was broken into maybe January 2023. Purely Storage was bought by a different company. When it was time to do my Insurance claim Issues started coming about pertaining to my documents needed for my claim. If there are cameras everywhere and management in the office, and they are not watching the cameras, they should be watched daily even the next day from the previous day to ensure Customers Items are stored properly. It is a inside job done about someone stealing Customers Items, its sad that Customers Units are broken into and the Purely Storage knows about it and never does anything about it. Break-Ins has been an Issue with this Company, nothing has been done about it. This company needs to be shut done for ever. I will never rent there or refer anyone to use their services. Be aware of using them for storage purposes.

Let's start out :-with your :-greated with :-a smile God only knows what that are thinking ? at the end being disregarded like you never existed eignord the first week having having most of my things in I noticed that my things looked gone through I was sure of that so I got my own lock on as well I thought 🤔 don't need to worry I was wrong when I returned to check on my things my lock wasn't their only theirs decided to vacate days early went into the office reported it To my disbelief told no it's not possible she didn't have time to look at the camera video but she would turn in my report to this day I haven't got word .so I'm going to hire an attorney more money out of my pocket taken them to court what is wrong with them something is very wrong that is certainly not how business is conducted . what are thinking not with a clear mind . nothing is good about it.

Unethical, Deceitful, Fraudulent Business Practices.
On or about of March they had placed their own lock onto my storage and denied entry without [ANY] disclosure while placed a ransom charge of $541. All bills had been paid in full prior too and I had all receipts reflecting such which was issued by them that I had made [ALL] successful payments on time. Still to this date as of October 25 2022 my storage and my belongings are being held hostage. Not only being an elderly disabled woman, with little to no energy to be taken advantage of, they literally had physically assaulted me which I had no choice but to file a police report. They have gone too far. This company will even forged documentations before a judge even knowing that I have receipts with their letterhead, so make sure they sign each receipt they give you to prevent forgery if you do elect to put your belongings at risk.Purely Storage - Atwater201 Gertrude AveAtwater, CA 95301

Tell me why I pay 100 dollars a MONTH for a storage unit, cameras all over, and yet my unit had been robbed three separate times. Owners don’t care, and won’t be bothered to look at the cameras, this storage unit it a joke, you’d be safer storing your belongings under an I-10 underpass. If I could give negative stars, I would. This whole operation is a scam and a joke. Highly DON’T recommend.

Despite a lot of challenges we face being out of the country, Misty and her staff have helped us in ways we wouldn’t have thought possible.
