I ordered a Sony XAV-AX5000 online, from Quality Auto Sound/Audio Express. The unit shipped promptly (actually turned over to UPS, not just printed a label), was well packaged, and arrived on time. Before ordering, I searched for reviews. I found many online, but all of the reviews (and complaints) were about the retail stores and installation. The complaints about installation and attitude seemed to be a mix of legitimate complaints as well as people who don't understand the vagaries of car stereo installation, especially when connecting new electronics to existing components.In conclusion, I recommend qualityautosound.com for online purchases, but have no experience and make no recommendation regarding their installation or retail stores.
