Amazing service and the lady mechanic was very understanding of my lack of car knowledge. Would highly recommend this place, the lady in the front desk was also super friendly!
My first experience I had my tires done and was not told to bring it back in a couple weeks .... then I had my car diagnosed with a fee oh $500. Told the repair would be 3k best to see it. I said I can't buy a car in this shape for 3k . I bought the part they wanted 1200 which I bought on ebay for under $500 new , 2 years later i did have to have that same work done. I will not return to quick lane as they quoted 3k , came to Calgary abd had it done for $500. I paid $1000 vs quick labes 3k price. Terrible service and over priced . Told this in 2023 and just had it fixed 2025.
Been a Beau Townsend Ford customer for 16 years. I have been personally responsible for myself; friends and family purchasing 9 vehicles. Took my truck for A/C repair to their quick lane service center. They replaced my compressor and charged me $1,400. It quit working, took it back they wanted to charge me an additional $900 for a leak. When complained they basically bullied me. Called their General Manager "Jamie Spencer" and he did not bother to call me back. Was getting ready to purchase a new truck. "It will not be from Beau Townsend" Nor will they ever service another one of my vehicles.
5/30/25 went there walk in for oil change and tire rotation. I asked them if they fill the windshield wiper fluid and they said …anything that needs to be filled. I sat and waited for almost 4 hours- it’s fine if they did what I asked and part of their service. No tire rotation happened, no fluid was filled, and as for tire rotation- he said something about tools they don’t have and all lugnuts needs to be changed. I asked again, will I be charged if I come back and bring the lug nuts since my tire has not been rotated. He said yes.Called 6/2/25 and made an appointment for tire rotation. Gave them the lugnut set (20) and specify that the tire should be rotated. Btw, I read the specs and it said lug nuts were swollen…4 of those lug nuts were brand new Bec I have to change one tire. I do not know why they can’t figure out which is which. Anyways, still I bought a whole set. At the end of the service, I was still asked to pay. I have to come back 2x with 42 miles one way…84 round trip X 2 = 168 miles already consumed just by going to this place…Employees were courteous…but how they do transaction and not doing what was expected really makes me sad that they look all so busy with phones on their ears…like they act like they work in stock exchange setting. But the service …why ask and why assure the customer you do this kind of service if you don’t even do it. Will I ever come back at Gary Yeomans Ford Lincoln? NO! And to think my partner keeps convincing me to get a brand new Ford Explorer as he has one…the more I will tell him…my reason not to.
I always take my car to quick lane on Vaughn Road. My adviser is Katelynn she is very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable when it comes to her job. I can count on her to do exactly what she say when it comes to ordering parts for my car and arriving within the time frame she specified. Quick lane personnel has been taking care of my car and me for years and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. I recommend quick lane to anyone who need their car serviced within a business that has a friendly, caring, professional atmosphere, especially if you want the work on your car done correctly.
i went here to get an oil change. They told me that i needed rear shocks because they were leaking oil. This is not so , my car is always in Garage with tiles on floor, never any leaks, i was missing 2 items from my car, i told the Supervisor when i got home but was told it was my fault because i should not have left the items in the car. I am very sorry i came here,I went to walmart and was told the tires were in Excellent condition.
Do not go here. Here is what happened when I went here to have my brakes repaired. They are a bunch of scam artists, including Steve Dominguez and Josue (possibly his boss). I got a quote for 800 originally, which I thought was too much but with ALL they said was wrong, I thought it maybe made sense. Then I get a call from Steve saying "the estimate wasn't finished" and it would now be 1200 dollars. They told me ALL brake pads and rotors had to be replaced in addition to a main part (can't remember the name of it). Keep in mind my wife had asked them if we could just replace the back ones and he said no, "they all need to be replaced". When I told them I could not afford 1200, they said okay, lets just do the back ones....for $900. I asked if half of the work was being done, why wouldn't it be 600, which no one had an answer to. He consulted with his supervisor, Josue, to get this information regarding the new price. I tell them nevermind, I'm going somewhere else and they tell me how dangerous it is to drive in this condition. Meanwhile if they would have quoted me an appropriate price in the beginning I wouldn't have to. I go pick up my car and am discussing the issue of a 900 quote if half of the work was being done. Josue tried to justify it by showing me a "breakdown", stating that it is 900 because some of the costs remain the same (makes no sense). I then go to jiffy lube who tell me my front rotors and brakes are intact and the only thing I needed fixed was my back rotors and brake pads, which they did for 287, 1/3 of the cost. DO NOT GO HERE. They are immoral, taking advantage of people who don't know much about cars and are in need, assuming they have money. Go to Jiffy Lube where your car is done in an hour for a fraction of the price. Also-Quick lane needed my car for OVER two days to complete the repairs, with him first saying they don't have the parts, then later saying it could be done in a day, then again saying they are waiting on parts. Steve Dominguez and his boss, Josue, are shady snake oil salesmen!
We have been going for years and always got very fair rates and good service. There is a new team and we will not return. They are pushing unnecessary work and going ahead and doing this without first getting approval. Plus, the information we asked for was incorrect after we checked elsewhere.
I had called earlier in the week (Feb 21) to ask about getting a VA state inspection. I was informed that I would be able to get the inspection on a "first-come-first-served" basis, but that it would be done on Saturday (Feb 24) when I bring it. When I arrived on Feb 24, I was informed that there were already 22 cars ahead of mine, and that I would not likely get it back until MONDAY! (Had I known, I could have planned accordingly.) My point, therefore, is that those who answer the phone for this Quick(?) Lane must provide better information so the customer can know what to expect. I have dealt with Quick Lane before and have not received this kind of treatment, and I would NOT recommend this service to others if this pattern continues.
I had “The Works” service, and it was excellent. I sat comfortably in the large waiting room with free coffee reading my book. When my car was ready, they told me that I did not need to have my tires rotated yet and the reasons. The price was reasonable and the service was completed in less than one hour. Of course I will return to Quick Lane Kerry Ford for my next service.
I went it for an inspection. The usual wiper blades needs to be replaced. Rep said that the inspection is a fail or be hold off if I don't replace my wipers. I went ahead and told them to replace it. It was $40 for "parts" and $10 for labor, plus the inspection. The wiper blades were generic brand. About $15 at Walmart.
If I could give this 0 stars I would. Failed for a car inspection, the only thing he said is wrong is the seat leans back 1 inch when you first sit down, you can put as much weight on it after that 1 inch and seat does not budge. They are just trying to say anything to not pass an inspection, the car was flawless. Never in a million years will I be returning to this place for any reason. Seats aren't even part of the inspection in pa!
I called at 8:01 asked for an appointment the man that answers the phone says we don’t do appointments it’s first come first serve Than he kindly says well there’s only three people here so if you come over now it should be a problem I show up 15 minutes later walk in The man I talk to on the phone doesn’t even know who I am or what he said, then tells me it’s a four hour wait I don’t know what kind of system that is but it’s very unprofessional The man is oblivious to anybody’s time other than quick lanes time very displeased.
I was lied to about availability, quoted an hour to do an alignment on my car, waited over an hour and a half only to be told it wasn’t done and another vehicle was in front of me. I wasted my time
Went in to get 4 tires. They took 1.5 hours longer than stated and when I got home I saw that two of the BMW logo valve caps were missing. Closer inspection revealed one of the four rubber jack pads on the bottom of the car was twisted sideways and the other side was missing completely. It probably fell off on the joyride "test drive".They left the radio on at full volume, AC on max and the seat and mirrors were repositioned.Oh, and they chipped the paint on the edge of the rear fenderwell and left a tool mark on it.Reasonable price if you don't mind waiting extra and incurring some damage, however the bitter cost of damage and lost parts may offset the sweetness of the deal.
These guys are your typical crooked mechanic that charge you for services you don’t need and when you catch them the manager will not even accept responsibility. Stay Away!!!!
So apparently they don’t really close when they say they close??? You have to know that you’re supposed to show up an hour before close regardless of what the website says. And even then they rolled the “close time” back a few minutes. Not sure why they don’t account for how long service takes when advertising closure times like most service places. I was going to give this place a try but they didn’t want my business. I certainly won’t take another trip back out if they don’t need the business.
I dropped my F150 off at 0930 today and was told by the front desk it would be a couple of hours and they would call me when done. I called Quicklane after4 hours and was told that it would be another hour to an hour and a half. However, now 5 hours later and I have not received a call that my vehicle is completed. Let’s get real, 5-6 hours for a 20,000 mile routine oil and filter change is totally unacceptable. Do not plan any other activities for the day if you plan to use Quicklane for vehicle service.
they dont deserve NOT even a damn 1! i bought 4 tires and 4 tps sensors, they told me I get 200.00 rebate on tires and 100.00 rebate on tire sensors!! well never got either. I complained to 2 government agency's about the fraud from quicklane they said it would be fixed. NOT AT ALL! Not a rebate nor a phone or a letter. I am done with them as-sholes!!
