Incompetence .No communication!
If there is one thing I can't stand as a design Engineer, it's incompetence.All I asked for was a 'quick part' quote for some CNC machining. I immediately get an 'out of office ' from Frazer'. Then another (which you'd expect ' knowing nothing about Frazer or the part needed. YHEN ANOTHER from frazer with no meaning, saying he'd not heard from me. I answered saying still interested then no answer from 5 days till now saying order cancelled due to no contact.If you're out of office then delegate!!!! Make sure the delighted know your job !!If they want to lose work then carry on in this way. Rather pathetic I think
