I ordered a shorty with knife blade and they sent me one with the wrong blade. Easy exchange right? No, they refused to exchange it without charging me, so I canceled the order and made it a return. Then I found one used. Fine until I lost a screw, which is proprietary, so I asked how to replace the screw -- no response. Apparently I am on some list now after their error.

I ordered "the drift," aka KNSWSA, in Vanax SuperClean steel for $305 and was super excited about this knife with the Vanax blade.It came fairly sharp. However, I used 4-5 high-grade wet stones and got the knife ridiculously sharp. It was my EDC for about two weeks until I noticed some discoloration of the blade. What happened to the claim of "All components are made to withstand extreme corrosion, making this knife nearly rust-proof." Well, that's a good question.I emailed them 2x and never heard anything. Not even a simple reply of, "Sorry you're screwed." Nope, not a single reply.They don't stand behind their products and have zero-customer service.I will NEVER EVER buy another knife from Quiet Carry--and I'm a knife guy. Learn from my mistake; don't waste your money.If you want a knife that's quality and supported by a company that stands by its product--keep looking--you don't find it with Quiet Carry!Stick with the knife brands you know that have supported customers for years!

Paid for expedited shipping, yet it took forever to get to me. They sent the wrong item. They asked me to send a picture of it. I did. They told me to send it back and they will send me a new one. Instead of them sending it right away since it was their mistake.Its been a month since they received it and nothing. Emailing them is hit or miss sometimes they respond quickly and other times they don't.I asked them to support me regarding something and they said go talk to a locksmith. For such an expensive product I was expecting to at least have good customer support, but I was wrong. Please avoid.

Knife never arrived
Knife never arrived, after supposedly being despatched twice due to them sending with an inappropriate courier service. Customer service is trash and just decided to stop responding - this was back in April and still no response and no knife. Avoid at all costs, super disappointing.

I bought the iQ and I am more than impressed. The machining is top notch, the action is smooth the setup is perfect and it’s razor sharp. It’s a little smaller than expected, but that actually turns out to be better. So, my only nitpick is maybe they should put some more pics up for size comparison, but that really is all. They were extremely helpful and considerate when communicating with me. I didn’t even have to wait that long to get my order, but if I had it would’ve been totally okay. I have a hard time believing these other reviews simply because my experience was so opposite, but they seem to fail to see that supporting a small business usually comes with a few tradeoffs. They don’t have a staff of 20 people to fulfill orders or answer emails every day, but rather usually just one. That’s a reality of a small business, and in my opinion, what you get in return by far exceeds the slight inconveniences you might experience related to them just simply being understaffed. So if you’re on the fence, just buy it. You won’t be disappointed with the product one bit.

Happy with my purchase, excellent knife.
Surprised to hear about shipping complaints. I came here to thank these guys. I contacted them several times and they answered my questions within a day or so. I ended up ordering the Waypoint knife in May and arrived late but most of my packages have since the CoronaVirus. No surprise though. I had to contacted them again about sending me a screw because I lost it behind my workbench which I could not move the bench, my mistake. It took a few days to reply but said they were short handed and it will go out with the next batch. I didn't mind as I know they are a small company. They must have sent the new part that day because it arrived today 2 days later with no questions asked. It was actually more than I expected lol. I assume the shipping delays are hit or miss. Happy with my purchase, excellent knife.

A few months ago i had bought the Quietcarry waypoint full black an excellent knive i had to have. i ordered it from there website nothing new the package even arrived early but it wasnt delivered a few minutes later i got a message on my phone saying its delivered signed and all at saying it should have been deliverd we werent allowed to sign because of corona i was getting worried and mailled them back there response was you probably forgot you got the packge with a link to DHL with not my signature afther that they did not answer back on anything

Echoing what others have said, these guys are completely out to lunch when it comes to taking care of their customers. Shipping delays can be forgiven with a little communication but their attitude is weirdly casual and dismissive. I suspect Quiet Carry will be out of business before long. Look elsewhere.

Bad and rude customer service. Super delay in shipping times. They charge for a shipping yet don't use at least a priority mailing system. My order has been past 1 week still don't have it. I will follow up through paypal if this takes too long. I emailed them and did not answer back. I don't recommend and I will not order again from this knife store. You are better off with DLT trading, bladehq or knife center. But this quiet carry not reliable I can say. Doesn't even have a phone number to call and an address, email only. Very suspicious.

THE WORST! Their products are attractive but the good news ends there... I ordered their Q3 knife/key organizer. The price was stupid high and after adding shipping, tax etc. it totaled $79.88, crazy high, right? But I was stupid and ordered it anyway. No shipping notification came and I inquired. Customer service was totally rude. Every time I asked things like "when will it ship" and "will there be a tracking number provided" I kept getting stuff back "if you're not happy we'll just cancel the order". ??? Their attitude was "if you don't like it we'll just cancel your order". The signal they sent me was "we're not interested in your business". Well now I'm not interested in their business.

This is the worst American based…
This is the worst American based company I have dealt with in 20 years. After placing an order, I was advised that I will recieve an email to confirm that the order has been dispatched. I placed the order six days ago and have still not recieved an update. I contacted Quietcarry 4 times over the course of a week and I have been ignored. None of my emails have recieved a response. At this point I am regretting placing an order with this company. If I don't hear back from them in twenty four hours, I will contact my credit card provider to complete a charge back. Quietcarry, if you do read this, remember that customers are the ones thaf run your business. Ignoring customers is how businesses fail. So I suggest you guys get your act together.
