Wrong card received. No customer services,
I placed an order but received the wrong card. No response from the company to any of my emails in effort to correct their mistake. Will not use again.

Never received the card.
Ordered a card nearly two months ago and never received it. Followed up with their customer service many times, then asked for a refund, but all emails were ignored. Still haven’t received the card or a refund. Definitely don’t use this company!!

I ordered a card from raw which I never received also e mailed them on several occasions to which I got no reply.OK the card was only £2.50 plus postage but it's not the point I won't be recommending them to anyone.

Terrible company
Terrible company, placed an order and two weeks later it still hasn't been sent. I have sent several emails but none have been answered. I very much doubt I'll get my money back!

Avoid At All Costs
I placed an order for a birthday card and never received it. Numerous emails have been sent to their 'Sales' team email address with never a response! Shoddy way to run a company! Avoid at all costs!

Happily I received my order but....
Happily I received my order, but card wasn't in the best condition like it's been wrinkled and used and the personalised message that's meant to be there, well wasn't the inside all blank. Thank you for my first and last ever purchase.

Rawcards? Poorcards!!
Bought a card online late October. Still hasn't been dispatched, and no response from follow up email to cancel order. There are 100s of more established sites that do what Rawcards (poorcards?) do, so best avoided.
