I love these bars
I love these bars, esp the peanut butter and peanut butter chocolate chip (no artificial sweeteners, the brownie and cookie dough have monk fruit which irritates my gut, but still delicious). I’ve been looking for the perfect protein bar with good clean, healthy ingredients, high in protein, that doesn’t cause G.I. distress and this is really the only one I found on the market. Love them and wish they were more widely available.

Great Taste but Low Fiber
I've been eating these bars for several years. And I LOVE the taste of all the bars (both old recipes and new recipes)! The taste/texture alone makes them worthy of 4-5 stars. However, I originally gravitated toward these bars because of the high protein, high fiber (most protein bars have very little), and low sugar. So I am disappointed that the new recipes have drastically lowered the fiber content of the bars.

Update: I finally got a response to my emails. Thank you Raw Rev. Not sure if was this review that prompted them or not. However, I am updating my review b/c I really hated to leave a bad review - the bars are very good and I do recommend them. Changing my review for 1 star for customer service to 4 stars - dinging a star now b/c of customer service! 5 stars for the product. Do miss the organic products though - but if everything is non-GMO then I'm good.No one will respond to my customer service emails sent directly to them from their website. My order as messed up - 2 subscriptions sent at same time - ok - one was delayed and the other sent on time. However, the order was incorrect and I was sent 7 boxes of the brownie bar - not what I ordered. No one will respond to the multiple emails, there is no phone number to call and now I seen another box shipment is on the way. I DO NOT WANT IT - I HAVE 7 BOXES OF THE OTHER!!! I WANT TO CANCEL - NO WAY TO DO THAT AND NO ONE WILL CALL. I WILL JUST KEEP REFUSING DELIVERY I GUESS!!! DATE OF EXPERIENCE GOES BACK TO FEBRUARY, MARCH, AND APRIL! Company by women - you are giving women in business a bad name!

New & improved always red flag
New & improved always red flag. Have found that headline to always be only 50% true, ie, it's new. Same here; tolerable, not improved. But it's tolerable enough for a reorder but I see it's out of stock and they want pre-orders. Having had to wait months for 1 box, I have a huge problem with giving them my hard earned $ and waiting months again. The box I got was at no charge because I had announced I hadn't bought them for years & had a problem with 'don't fix what ain't broke.' Owner graciously offered me a free box which I appreciated. Something's wrong IMO with company that has all the annoying promotions followed by annoying delays. I'm out..again!

Don’t recommend, Disappointing as time went on
My first order was a little slow arriving; however, the bars were great. I placed a total of five orders and it takes weeks for them to arrive, over a month for two orders. The last three orders seem to partially ship. I am waiting over a month now for two of my remaining partial orders. They do not inform you that they are shipping partial orders, nor does their website track the number of boxes you ordered or that they shipped. A tracking nightmare for sure. They also have changed their recipe to a “new and improved” bar that does not taste as good. The peanut butter one is a bit slimy but my husband will eat them. I gave them feedback about their slow processing time, their slow shipping time, and the not as good “new and improved” recipe. No response. My guess is I will finish my stock (once all received) and look elsewhere. I cannot recommend them for these reasons.

This company has the best customer service of any company I’ve dealt with. My email got a prompt response and even though I had a problem, it was taken care of and everyone is very pleasant. I would order from them again. They care about their customers.

3-bar sampler pack
I ordered the 3-bar sampler pack. I did take off one star because my orders got delayed several times, but other than that I'd give these probably five stars. I'm always looking for things that are both high-fiber and high-protein for when I don't have time to eat a full meal. I'm also somewhat sensitive to sugary foods, so this 1000% fits the bill. Even better, the ingredients are all very sensible, and it actually tastes like REAL FOOD. Not some chemical-aftertaste, chalky, gummy, bland protein bar. It tastes like the homemade bars my mom used to make. They do get somewhat oily, but that doesn't bother me.TL;DRPROS-high fiber and protein, lower sugar, good ingredients, good taste and textureCONS-a bit oily, don't always ship on time

Awaiting my auto-ship order...
Haven't had a chance to receive my first auto shipment of bars. The website said that the company is aware of the shortage but to go ahead and place an order and they will be shipped as soon as available. Easy enough- DONE! Only, the next day I got a confusing email that the order was cancelled due to insufficient inventory. Errr... Well, yeah. We all knew this. Just wish I hadn't had to reach out to customer service to make sense of the cancellation. And the way I understand it, is my order will now ship on that next month's auto-ship date. Or the following month's auto-ship date. Depending upon availability. But what about an in between date? How about shipping them as soon as they become available? Ehh... Just feel like a few kinks could be worked out here. Looking forward to my caramel and mixed nuts bars, whenever they show up!
