A broker company that will misquote…
A broker company that will misquote you, lock you in then tell you the real fee later. Hired for an interstate move. For starters they couldn’t give us an accurate pickup date, so within an hour we were told to suddenly be ready a day early. The truck space was not nearly enough for all my belongings so we had to give up 3 beds a swingset and plenty more! The truck was moving multiple customers so essentially my 2,000 sq ft home had to be reduced to an apartment size to fit in their remaining truck space. Awesome. My expensive couch was wrapped up and transported on the outside of the truck for a 1500+ mile drive in a snowstorm.

RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!
We enlisted Ready Relocation Experts for our interstate moving needs because their quote was better than other companies and they even gave us a discount. Well, as the old saying goes, if it seems too good to be true, then it probably is. They used another company to do the actual move - Ryder Relocations. Our quote was about $3,000. We budgeted for this and even planned for another $2,000 in case there were unforeseen expenses due to the number of boxes, etc.Well, the movers they enlisted showed up on the day we scheduled for the move, but hours late. They started loading the truck and one of the guys was drawing up the contract. We were absolutely shocked to find out that the actual price was going to be around $6,000. We even spoke to someone at Ready Relocation Experts a few days before the move because the number of boxes increased, and he reassured us it would only be maybe $300-$400 more. This was a big fat lie.Remember, I said we set aside another $2,000 thinking this would cover any possible increases? We paid about 2k and were told another 1k upon delivery. The guy who drew up the contract told us we’d actually need to pay 2k that day and then another 2k upon delivery. We were in absolute shock. We had to beg family for help and if it weren’t for them we wouldn’t have our stuff right now.Oh, you wanna know the real kicker? Because we were naive enough to pay this company via ACH (using acct and routing number), these people TRIED to take another $1,100 after we’d already paid about $6,000. The only reason it didn’t go through is these people already took everything we saved and we were broke. Had to close the account to prevent them from attempting again. VULTURES!!!ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL!!! We will be filing a complaint with the U.S. Department of Transportation and speaking to a lawyer to see what recourse we might have.DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Never Never Never use this company
Never Never Never use this company. I have still not received my luggage. I have sent it on 3rd July and it will be 2 months in next few days. I have been calling them, driver etc. When they want your business they lie that they will deliver in 10 days from Seattle to Dallas and then when you call they said in any 30 days they can deliver. I am more than 30 business days where is my luggage? Answer damn owner and I want my money back!

There are a lot of good reviews about…
There are a lot of good reviews about them on this site but there are some things that you need to know. When you use them, you end up getting involved with another company as well. Like many of there other reviews, I was given a low price to move my items from Wisconsin to Arizona. I gave them a big window of time to try to get a good price for the move. My first mistake was I did not know the exact number of boxes that we had to move. I was told that could be adjusted right before the pick up date. I was given a pickup date and a cost of $2350 as they were picking up near me and it was the best cost. I knew that this number would change and about a week before my pick up date, I got a call and we updated the items. At this time, I removed a whole bedroom set from the move and added about 30 boxes and a grill to the order. The price went up to $4300 and I was told it was due to the area in the truck being more than my original quote. I was told my item would be delivered in 5 to 10 days. On the day of the pick up, the movers, Day and Night Overs out of Chicago arrived on time and then I was given a new price due to needing to add shipping materials for a few items. Now the price went up to over $6000. The three movers from Day and Night did a great job and they took good care of all of the items. The delivery took over 17 days and not very good communications from anyone. I was told the AC went out on the truck and that is why it took so long. That maybe true but it doesn't help that you are left wondering when you will get your stuff. I would never use this type of service again. If you are going to move, you need a accurate inventory of all of your items before talking with anyone. I gave them a 1 Starr because of the three guys who moved my stuff, they were great. I would never use Ready Relocation again, I would find a mover and have them give me a written price with not to exceed number. Be careful.

SCAMMERS, RUN, THEY PEOPLE ARE A SCAM
SCAMMERS, RUN , LIARS, RUN. Scam Brokerage site.no household goods, liars, never tell the same story, honesty and integrity is not in the companies by-laws, just get the money and run. Been a month since they picked up our furniture. Was told on Tuesday when they picked up our stuff it would be in Colorado by Friday or Saturday. They don't know where it is except to say it is in storage, won't tell us where it is so we can go get it. Oh, contract says it will be delivered in 10 days, now they say October 16th. Scammers

This is the worst company
This is the worst company. I needed a move from Milwaukee to Knoxville, they gave me an estimate of $2000. They are a broker and hired Day & Night movers of Chicago. The movers were even worse and kept charging me more money until I was up to $4400. Ready Relocation does not help you out at all once you put your money down. Plus they only take check or cash. I should have known better, red flag right there but I was stressed over the move. When the movers got to Knoxville they wanted to charge another $800 and would not release the items. All because they claimed they couldn’t pull up close enough to the apartment building. Don’t hire a broker for your move. BIG mistake. Ready Relocation hires terrible movers. A scam of a company.

This company is a complete rip off company
This company is a complete rip off. They are unethical and deliberately make it difficult to contact them. We paid for a move to be done in 2 days from NY to Chicago and once there were told that the company does not know when things will be delivered and pointed out that we unwittingly signed a contract which states that the company can delay the move for 6 weeks! It was small print. They also raised the initial price over $1000 at the last minute. This is a corrupt unethical company and you do business with them at your risk!

BEWARE!!
BEWARE!!! If they offer you a discount because they have a drop off nearby, it’s probably a scam. I used budgetvanlines to start researching prices for an upcoming move. I received outreach from this company and connected with them for a quote. The person on the phone mentioned they had a drop off in a city nearby a day or two before, and so they’re eager to reserve my move and they could do so at a hefty discount. Veryyy convenient. I got pricing with them and they immediately tried to get me to put down a deposit. When I told them I needed time to decide, they were very pushy, even reducing they’re quote from ~$2,700 to ~$2,300, and then all the way down to ~$1,500 if I put down a deposit today. I insisted I needed time and immediately started researching the company when I got off the phone. My suspicions that this is probably not the most reputable company were confirmed when I saw that another reviewer here mentioned their story about having a truck drop off close by and could offer a discount. I’m glad I checked Trust Pilot, especially for an unknown company!

I promise you the 5-star reviews are shills!
Don't be fooled by the professional facade like I was. I got scammed out of $4400 by these snakes. The front company is:Ready Relocation Experts 2005 LYELL AVENUE STE 100 ROCHESTER, NY 14606 US DOT: 3938412 MC: 1461925 The back-end payments are processed by:Downline Consulting Group LLC3411 NW 9TH AVENUE STE 702 OAKLAND PARK, FL 33131I am in the process of relocating my family from Salem MA to Greensboro NC. My involvement with Ready Relocation began back on May when I requested a quote. I spoke with a representative named Robert Fargo, and we discussed the circumstances of the move and he provided me with a quote. At that time, I paid a deposit of 1180.52, payable to Downline Consulting Group. The fact that they required an ACH should have caused me to run, but I was dumb. As the move date of July 15th approached, I wanted to revise the quote as the number of items had gone far beyond the original estimate, and there would be a second drop off at a storage facility near the destination. I called Ready Relocation at their 888-446-1594 number on July 3rd. I was put off and told that I would receive a call 5 days prior to the pickup. At this point my suspicions were increased, but I was uncertain as to the nature of the moving process. On Sunday, July 9th, I received a call from 954-320-6171 and I spoke to a person who claimed to be following up on the move. I gave him the updated piece count and he revised the quote. I was told that they needed an additional $3295, with an additional 1600 at the time of pickup and another 1600 on delivery. The $3295 was another ACH transfer to Downline Consulting Group. At that time I was still very concerned that all I had done is give this company almost $4500 for the promise of a mythical truck. They didn't even want to know the addresses of the deliveries!I was told on the 9th that I would receive a call from "Dispatch" that day. No call was received. On Monday the 10th, I began calling Ready. The first person I spoke to gave me no information and ended up hanging up on me for no reason. At no time did I ever raise my voice or act disrespectful in any way. All I wanted was the contact info for the mover, and failing that, to at least speak with a person in charge. I called back and spoke with a different representative named "Mike" who said he would look into the matter, kept me on hold for quite a while, then picked up, mumbled something and hung up on me. At this point alarm bells were ringing. I contacted Bank of America, because the ACH transfer for the $3295 had not yet been posted. They told me I could block the transaction. I figured I'd give Ready one more chance, because I was so close to the move date that I had to make sure this was no good, because I didn't know if I could put together a fallback plan. I called them, spoke with a different customer service rep, and they said they would look into it, and left me on hold for about 15 minutes. Again, I had been courteous but firm. I had had enough, and decided to contact Bank Of America and put a stop on the transfer. I then emailed them and told them that I was cancelling the move and would be contacting the authorities. I then contacted United Van Lines to see if they could bail me out. While on the phone with them, I received a call from Robert Fargo from Ready, who accused me of "throwing a temper tantrum" when nothing is farther from the truth, and their recorded calls would put the lie to it. I confirmed with him that I was cancelling the move, and continued my conversation with United. On Tuesday, July 11th, I received a text message and email from "US Interstate & Rail" who claimed to be my carrier through Ready, looking for confirmation of the move. I called them at their 888-507-1998 number and informed them that the move had been cancelled. The customer service representative put me on hold, then came back and told me that the move had indeed been cancelled. At that point, I requested a confirmation of cancellation from them and received a a reply to the effect that my move had been removed from their Operations Calendar. I thought everything was resolved until I looked at my Bank of America account and saw that the $3295 ACH transfer that I thought was blocked was processing! The bank is saying that because the name on the transaction isn't identical to the earlier one that they blocked, there is nothing they can do. Needless to say, this is completely unacceptable. These people need to be stopped. I feel a fool, but please let my loss keep you from being one too. I used to work IT for a debt collection service, I should have recognized the signs of a snake.P.S. If you want to see some more accurate reviews, check out US Interstate & Rail on here. I'm sure they are two rotten peas in the same infested pod.I have contacted the Mass. DPU Consumer Protection Division, and will continue putting the word out.

Terrible people run away
Terrible people they hook you in with BS then take you for all they can. This was with out a doubt a big learning experience for me on how and who to talk to. I have been lucky in the past my moves were handled by my previous employer. They hooked me with a story they had truck drop off close to me and wanted a return load so I Could get a discount which turned out to be a lie. My discount almost broke me in The end.

These people will flat out lie to you
These people will flat out lie to you. I asked a lot of questions and they just told me what I wanted to hear. They lied about the price, time frame, liability coverage, space needed. I can’t think of anything they were honest about. The price almost doubled at pick up, they damaged a ton of stuff and then said because I didn’t have them pack it they weren’t liable. Even though we photographed everything. Once delivery has been done, they disappear. Won’t respond to emails or voicemails. BEWARE. Do not use them

I hate to even have to give this…
I hate to even have to give this company 1 star! Please do NOT use this company!! They quoted us one price which was reasonable. Then after we paid the deposit all of the numbers changed. We were moving a relative from Tennessee to Alabama. They original number was under 3,000.00 then it jumped to over 4,000.00 after the deposit was made and then again to over 6,000.00 The “moving company” (one man and one woman) arrived on moving day over 2 hours late. And once again the price was changed to over 8,000.00! We refused to pay 8,000.00 so they finally held the price at the 6,000.00. I STRONGLY suggest to stay away from this company!!!!!!

If I could give less than a 1 I would.
If I could give less than a 1 I would.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! You will NOT save money. Go directly to the moving company.I was given a quote of $2300 to move 2 tables, 6 chairs, 2 couches, 6 barstools and 40 boxes and a Hutuch. I put 1/2 down (which went to them). I was told I would be contacted by the moving company and I would owe 1/2 the remaining balance upon pick up and the remainder on delivery. They could not tell me who the moving was however. I was contacted by someone, whom I assumed was the moving company requesting that I pay 1/2 the balance- which I did, via venmo- even though it seemed kind of odd. I contacted Ready Relocation and they indicated this is normal but did not show my payment in their records,I was then contacted by Ready Relo and told no one was authorized to be paid until they were at my house. I indicated I had already paid. They asked me to send proof, which I did.Movers show up and give me a whole new quote which was $1000 more than what I was given by Ready and they indicated they did not have my $627 payment. They indicated, that Ready Relocation just plugs in numbers but a true quote cannot be given without seeing the items. I try calling Ready Relocation, no answer as this was a Sunday. I, could not do $1000 more but knew I would NEVER get my money back from Ready so I asked what I could send for the original price. It still ended up costing me $600 more and only 2 couches, 1 table, 6 chairs and a hutch were taken. (I was charged an extra $100 on delivery as the truck could not turn around in a culdesac).Ready wanted to tell me this was my fault somehow. I signed a contract to have the items above moved for a specific amount of money and this did not occur- but somehow it was my fault. Live and Learn!!DO NOT USE THIS TYPE OF SERVICE. Just spend the money and go directly to a true moving company in your area.

STAY AWAY OR YOU WILL REALLY REALLY PAY !
I wish I had known about this so called company, before I was "scammed" out of several thousands of dollars. If I could give a NO STAR, I would have. They did lie, more than once. I paid, and then had to pay more, and I never had more to move. What a rip off Robert Fargo is. Be careful people, be VERY CAREFUL, as you will be so sorry. They sent a Non accredited so called FAKE company to move me, under 100 miles. So many items were broke, and some missing. You get nothing for anything broken or missing, unless you have a original recite showing you purchased that item. No matter the age, you MUST have a recite. How many folks keep recites over 10 years?? Get a company in your own town, and Thank God you did.

Ready Relocations Experts are BROKERS
Ready Relocations Experts are BROKERS. They do NOTHING but LIE..I do not know how they are still in business except for the fact that they just steal as much money from you as they can Once you put down your first deposit everything changes They charge above and BEYOND what a real mover would charge and when the real movers show up you find that all that money you put down was for a couple of INCHES and you now have to pay thousands more and if you run into problems like they PROMISE to help you through your entire move 100 percent HASSLE free they will not talk to you they will NOT help you and they put you through to there customer service where I had to talk to the most heartless cruel uncaring person I have ever had to talk to I am still devastated Please stay away from READY RELOCATION EXPERTS AND VINCE CELITO Who did nothing but lie to me..THEY ARE THIEVES
