Easy Winner for Worst Survey/GPT Site That Doesn't Steal Your Credit Card Info
I have used well over 20 different sites for making side money taking surveys and this site ranks among the worst. The time estimates for how long surveys will take is egregiously inaccurate (mostly because they don't link to surveys, the link to screening questions that then redirect to surveys, so they have no idea how long anything will actually take) so you cannot properly determine whether the ratio of payment to time investment is worth it. The site itself runs very slowly and frequently the buttons to begin surveys will stop working because the site attempts to auto-refresh in the background and fails. The site also seems to receive notifications about available surveys long after other sites because I have never experienced this many "full survey" rejections anywhere before (they also allow companies who still collect personal information and survey data before telling you the survey is full, which is problematic as these companies behave unethically).As for the survey experiences, it takes longer and is far more repetitive since this site apparently doesn't record any screening information to pass along to potential surveys in order to save you some time. This is also the only survey site I have ever used that has not only sent me to a survey screening in a language I have not specified as one I can speak once, but does so at least a couple times on every occasion I have used the site. Obviously, they aren't filtering the surveys in any way so that they are a good fit for the user, resulting in A LOT of wasted time filling out screening questions for surveys that there is absolutely no chance you will qualify for.The worst part about all of these problems is that the initial withdrawal threshold is $30 (even though the rewards section says otherwise - they can't even be bothered to make sure their site is internally consistent), which is significantly higher than any other survey site, and those other sites actually allow you to complete surveys in a timely manner and hit the thresholds. The withdrawal threshold may come down to the amount listed in the actual redemption page on the site but I don't know for sure because I refuse to waste my time on this site anymore to find out.I can only assume this company's business model is to frustrate the user into giving up and just leaving their earnings on the table in order to avoid having to use this site any further. There really isn't any reason to bother with this site (it's just a wrapper around MakeSurveyMoney, by the way, which is also frustrating to use) unless you are completing an offer for a better GPT site, in which case, hit your $9 reward amount, collect your points for that other site, and delete your account on this site.

Hi now yesterday my page was…
Hi now yesterday my page was fine....now today, it's all messed up..now it's saying IP Location Mismatch....now how is that possible???I been in my same computer and nothing changed...then I did 2 surveys yesterday and they went through...now today they lowered my score..and put my cash out in pending...they are crooked and seems to be unfair...they need to be monitored..they be adding stuff and taking away stuff..then blame it on you ...I took my time and Answered sure all my answers were Correct and not speeding through....and they still mess with your stuff....not a good look...

customer service? Hah!
Their "customer service" is absolutely awful! I have contacted them 7-SEVEN! freaking times on an issue that I have!! Have I gotten a response from 7 times of contact? And when you try & contact them, you get a 'bot' that says they relay your question to a human to get back to you w/in 24 hours! Yeah right! I've been told that a few times already! STILL no response!Their site is good, but the customer 'service' has a LOT to be desired!

IT issues; Fake Quality Issues, Surveys longer with little payout
I go to your website to take surveys. The company alledges that I am dishonest, and you take credit back. Then you say I have to wait until almost June to cash out surveys from December.When I bring to your attention that some of the companies surveys "Stick" or don't process right you then say oh send us screenshots when this happens. But the issue is when the survey is over per say it sends me/others back to the landing page. Your landing page then says some stupid crap like "Why didn't you finish?" Then it gives a few answers without allowing us to tell you that we did finish.Then you say not finishing goes against our quality scores. Go the hell on with that mess. Furthermore, the companies giving you surveys are in some ways just as dishonest as you. The time for example, 10 minutes for $.50; seems reasonable. But when you start taking the survey..more than 10 minutes... more than 15 minutes... I have taken surveys on your website as long as 25 minutes for $.50So you know that is why I said, "STOP LYING". MY TIME IS VALUABLE. So, I will just wash my hands of this crappie, LYING, stealing survey site and go to others I use. NONE of them or companies have a problem with the QUALITY of my work for them. I will wait until May 28 to cash out $10. I won't be coming back. Don't you dare give me crap that I use your website FRADULENTLY either. You are not the only ones with tools and accusing someone is grounds for libel/slander lawsuit. PayPal payout day comes and goes with no payment and no sign of them...
I finished up enough surveys to cash out to PayPal and learned that the payout would not be scheduled to payout for another 2 weeks. Of course I balked inside and rolled my eyes, but I said oh well and just waited. Today is the day it was posted as being paid out and now at 7pm on Friday March 26 - no payment has arrived. I’ve attempted to contact them all day through 2 separate help desk tickets and a submission straight through the webpage. One was at about 11am, the others around 4pm. No reply on any of them. Of course it’s Friday at 7 so I won’t be able to probably even get an answer until Monday if ever. What a crock.Update: After this review posted, I was contacted by a staff member and said they are looking into it and a reply to the post as well saying I’ll definitely get paid today. It’s 9:36p so I’ll continue an update and change rating depending on what happens!

After my first review for the whole truth about realsurveysthatpay website, the admin refuse to release my payment and they suspended my account, on 18th December 2020, when my payment did not show up, I mail realsurveysthatpay admin, he said I have earn soon more 130$ so my payment will be held till next payment time, 1st January 2021, till now, my payment wasn't released, and presently, I have over 140$ in my dashboard, I only request 130$! I just don't know why realsurveysthatpay don't have human feelings. Have provided all prove and evidence to trustpilot and my review was verified! I will only change my review on realsurveysthatpay website if my payment was released and my account resolved, because I did violate anything on the website.####, I did miss your previous response, my question remain the same, when will I receive my 130$ or is gone? At least is over 30 days I completed the offer and presently, I had over 140$ in my dashboard.

Unbelievably bad. In my opinion: Scammers
Their name should actually be :’’ Fake Surveys that never pay” They actually let you do all the tasks ,then on the last page they say, sorry, you don’t qualify.Worst thieves ever. Unbelievably bad. They sent you fake invites for seven dollar tasks for which of course you don’t qualify, then they divert you to a $.60 survey and at the very end (!) they won’t even credit those miserable $.60 because they find out after 15mts you aren’t eligible. After this happened three times I decided to cancel the account. What seems interesting to see is the fact that they have certain ‘glitches‘ exactly before the last question, as if your connection is not working, so you have to click again on the URL, which then says you’re out of the survey and you cannot Reconnect and go on. This is a good way to steal your data after 15 minutes wasted with this company. They are absolutely crooked.Do not waste your time. They are stealing your data and you won’t ever see a Cash out.If I would really care I’d report them to the authorities...But neither I nor they do care. Nice ethics you got ...Forget about them , just a good ,well-meant advice...
