They send a package only with the zipcode, no name, no phone, no adress, the package was returning to them more than 1 month ago, they never answer to emails or the website, they keep the package and the money. Please, nobody buy from them, they are scammers.
Preordered my game a year ago and weeks before it got sent out, I reached out to the customer service to change my shipping address because I moved. They told me to change it on my account profile and it will be sorted. Did it and when I got the email that my game had been shipped, I noticed it got sent to the previous address. Contacted the customer service saying why that is happening. They kind of blamed it on me saying I didn’t properly change it even though I did exactly what the first customer service person told me to do. In the end, all they said was that whoever receives that package will have to reject it so that the item comes back to them and then they can resend it to my new address. Well the person who received it did not reject the package so it didn’t go back to Red Art Games. I messaged them about it but since then I have not gotten any response from them. Will never buy from them again!
Their customer support is literally non-existent, their email and contact forms seem unsupervised. Don't expect a response from them - ever.
Great communication, rapid delivery, well packaged and even included a couple of bonus items free of charge. Highly recommended!
