Kash has helped me and my husband with our travel arrangement for several years. I would never think of flying without his help. He is knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, professional, efficient, effective and always able to get us what we need. No matter how long it has been since I have called, he always remembers me. Kash is a real asset to Alaska Airlines. He is probably one of the main reasons we will continue to fly Alaska. Thank you, Kash.

Shawn was amazing. I had been hung up on multiple times and could not reach frontier. Shawn took the time to hear me out and fixed everything for me. I will continue flying with frontier because of Shawn.
Flight was delayed about 5-6 times causing me to be stuck in airport fir 22 hours. To add to it my luggage did not make it to my final destination and I'm having to wait 3 days until the next flight to get my luggage. I called the number to speak to a live representative. He rudely stated "this is ticketing, you will have to call customer service" and hung up on me. Apparently they talk to you live if you're purchasing a ticket but only via email if you have a complaint. I'll never fly Breeze again and I recommend others to select another airlines. The eventual flight was good with friendly attendants but the communication in thar to issues before the flight and after are terrible. They could have canceled flight after second or third delay to give customers time to find other means not at 2:00am from an original 3:00pm departure. Now I'm without my medical device needed to sleep for 4-5 days. Also Breeze site has no access to customer service.
