I purchased Jamel Gibbs' training course for $97. It provided excellent training; however, I began receiving information about a coaching program even though I hadn't completed my studies. While intrigued, I'm uncertain due to the typically high costs associated with real estate investment coaching. I communicated my wish for them to wait until I finished studying. However, I received an automated email the next day stating it was the "last chance to get coaching."Despite not completing my studies, I attempted to apply. They charge a nonrefundable $50 fee for a 20-minute consultation. While I comprehend the concept of preventing no-shows, it seems unfair if someone attends and is still charged.Upon contacting them, I discovered they charge $10,000 for one-on-one coaching with Jamel Gibbs, or $3000 for group coaching over 3 months, followed by a monthly fee of $297 until cancellation. The course lacks reviews, and there's minimal information available about the coaching program.Knowing it would cost $10,000, I wouldn't have purchased the course as it seemingly steers students towards high-priced one-on-one coaching. While the program was beneficial, I wouldn't recommend it to those seeking additional help. They should be more clear of the price.
