I had a good experience. Initially I came across a issue with my hammock but I contacted customer service and spoke with Harriet. She was quick to respond and she resolved the issue so quickly with a replacement. Excellent warranty and customer service! I absolutely love move portable hammock. It is compact and collapsible. And definitely super comfortable to lay in.
