There was an issue which affected my…

There was an issue which affected my insurance from showing in the portal. I called and reached Jorge and he placed me on hold and resolved the matter in minutes. He even went ahead and emailed my leasing office for extra confirmation. I could not be more pleased with the excellent level of customer service I was provided.

Terrible service- They are out to scam you- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Terrible service. On the phone for too long waiting for no one to pick up. My lease ended in Oct 2025 and I am still being charged $15 a month. I want a refund and my money back as no one picks up the phone as I am trying to cancel it. If this keeps going on I am going to call the police as I have now paid an extra $60 on top of the scam of insurance that is overrated anyways. This company just uses you to put money in their own pockets. Do not use this company. They do not care about you and just want to steal from you. Like I have waiting over 15 minutes on hold. No one followed back up with me. I want my refund, thinking about suing too. Wouldn't be surprised if they aren't answering the phone because they are too busy getting arrested for money laundering or some other fishy bullshit they are up to. What a joke.SCAM!!!!

I received excellent service from Luke…

I received excellent service from Luke today. I needed proof of insurance forwarded to my rental office. I’m a disabled Military Veteran, with a TBI. Luke forwarded everything to the rental office for me. Luke is the life saver in a storm. He’s professional, kind, respectful, patient, knowledgeable and put my mind at ease. They are the worst

They are the worst. I had to have my insurance verified through them for my apartment rental, where they control which insurance you get. They make it so difficult to get any other insurance. they don't answer phone calls or emails. They keep rejecting insurance so to push you to buy their own insurance.

Cheap but rude and unreliable

No outstanding great experiences, they charged me after I canceled. And when I called to cancel again… they were very short and rude. Cheap price when insurance is required. But nothing special about them

Continuous Payment After Lease Ends

Even after your lease ends, they continue TAKING MONEY OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT. Terrible customer service and predatory business model. The company should be ashamed. I've been out of my apartment for 7 months now. I've lost over $100 to them for literally no reason. DO NOT USE THEM FOR RENTERS INSURANCE

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Their customer service is terrible. The agents who answer the phone are disrespectful and lack empathy and competence. Once your policy ends, be sure to cancel otherwise they will automatically renew it and TAKE IT OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT without authorizing it. You will of course be blamed for this. The agents are dismissive and will hang up in your face. Super unprofessional and unreliable company. Use others for homeowner's insurance!!!

Don’t use Homebody

I had a very unsatisfactory experience with Homebody. My policy was supposed to be cancelled as my lease had ended and I already moved out. They continued billing me so I called again to cancel service and their customer service representatives were extremely rude and unhelpful. They said they would refund the premium forward, but would not backdate it to my move out nor repay the “convenience fee” they were also charging. Very unprofessional behavior and I would not recommend anyone use them.

One star is too much for this company

One star is too much for this company. They have been double charging me for over a year! You call and it takes forever to talk with someone. Then they have no one that can help. Its what they say period. I will be filing a report with my bank! BIG SCAMMERS

On Hold Forever - No Help

On Hold forever and they couldn’t even help me. The apartment complex is blaming them and homebody is blaming the apartment complex. Miserable experience with a miserable company. Avoid at all costs

I don’t remember the representative’s name. He did tell me in the the beginning of the phone call. I was a little upset about my bill. He kept his composure. He was very patient. He listened to the last call about my bill and confirm that it was not paid. He also informed me that once my bill is paid that the rental office will get their confirmation that it was paid. He also informed me that once my bill is paid. To confirm with the representative that I will get a confirmation letter sent to my rental office. I would definitely recommend Home body rentals insurance to my friends and family. Thank you services.

Worth relying on them

The agent in charge of my policy cancellation and updating a new one was great. He offered an option to decide what to do, gave great information to trust them, and answered my questions gently. He also repeated my important information to make sure if it is correct, which made me relieved. Thank you so much for giving me such a great experience with Homebody.
