Dirty washcloth on the floor when I…
Dirty washcloth on the floor when I checked in, never got picked up or removed. Lack of towels and wash cloths available. Noise in hallways late at night. Hot tub not functional and dining was expensive and not very good.

Five stars and we would stay here again
The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was awesome and helped so much that we’re able to wake up get dressed eat and go about our day at Disney, and the buffet provided gloves for everyone to use to help make it safe during Covid-19, the selection was amazing as well..

This was a great place to stay. Large Condo, easy to use kitchen, and BEAUTIFUL POOL area.I would recommend it to everyone.

We loved it!
We stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott at the Village and loved it! A great rate for a great hotel only a few short minutes from Disney World. It was less than 10 minutes! Great for families who want to be at Disney World and still enjoy some of the other sites in Orlando, eat at great restaurants, and have everything, including shopping, close by! We will book this hotel again!

The carpets were stained which made the room look dirty. The TV got no signal. The Wi-Fi in the room did not work even with the password we were given at the front desk. Called the front desk and ask them to go into our room as we were out for the day, and they did so by sending Security into our room.When we returned 13 hours later the door to our room was wide open.

Unfortunately I booked it for 2 nights…
Unfortunately I booked it for 2 nights but could only stay one. Not a good environment for kids. This is a cheap hotel. Nothing stood out to me. My kids have allergies and they were all coughing the minute we got there. Would not recommend.

only when arrived, we learned we had to pay overnight parking. after carefully reviewing online, it was disclosed but you really had to look for it and read though a lot to see it. the breakfast was garbage, very few items, could not eat eggs as they did not even taste like eggs

Well our time there was great
Well our time there was great. Me and my fiance were celebrating our birthday. But this was in September 2018. We would do it over and over again if we had the means that's for sure! We went to many restaurants a helicopter ride. The hotel we stayed at was great to. Everyone who we encountered from staff to people were pleasant and helpful and I'm sure they had a great time to.

As always, smart, helpful and friendly service provided starting from start of the vacation to the finish. That is what sets Disney apart from all the others in my opinion. Stress free reservations, dinning and travel, so wonderful. Also, any problem or discrepancy is resolved with benefits to not only the customer, but to Disney it's self. A fun, friendly, family place to stay and relax. I love the phrase "Welcome Home", because that is what it sure feels like when we visit and stay at the resorts. That is why we keep coming back and will for many years to come. Thanks Disney for your magical atmosphere, and magical touch.
