Very poor sun loungers broken very run down not too clean. Definitely not as shown in pictures. Way over priced for what you get. Would not recommend this

Perfect Day!
Miami Hilton Blue Lagoon was perfect location and the pool was amazing!Randy the concierge was charming and very helpful! Drinks were wonderful. Airport shuttle was convenient and driver was fun and helpful!

Not clean, old The beach was not clean, there was trash blowing around. The chairs were old and worn out. The walk between the entrance and the beach was very long. There was no seat side service. But there was a separate bar just for VIP. The food was not very appetizing for an American diet. The people working there were very nice!

One of the nicest pools on Ocean Drive
One of the nicest pools on Ocean Drive. The bar service was exceptional (swordfish tacos were 10/10); Scott provided excellent service.

Excellent service and value, fun vibe
Love how laid back and great this gem is! This is our 2nd year coming for a day trip from Orlando. Food and drinks are good and vibe is very relaxed!

The resort had no idea what ResortPass was. We spent over an hour trying to verify the booking with resort security.
