Damaged product
The overall order experience wasn't bad, shipping information was limited but still arrived on time and I appreciate the prices -but- I guess you get what you pay for 🤷🏼♀️ the wooden bowls were cracked and split of the 4 large bowls 3 were damaged, and not just a little! What's more disappointing is they were packed very well so this is just poor business these weren't just minor blemishes that could be overlooked-large v size chips around the outer edge and splits down the side, definitely won't hold anything liquid. This was a Christmas gift for my brother

Dishonesty and lack of accountability and communication
Got several communications with A.S., a customer service rep at Cresco Resco assuring me my order was on its way. Then when I still didn’t get my order I was told it was a FedEx issue, not a cresco issue. Promised follow up was never done. Then I was told my ITEM wasn’t really in stock. Problem with that is the order actually contained multiple items, not just one. So throughout the process it seems I’ve been pacified and lied to several times. From my experience, this company completely lacks credibility and I do NOT recommend doing business with them. UPDATE: after posting my honest review about my experience with this company, I received an email from the person at the company telling me that they were only repeating what their colleague told them and asked me to edit my review so his/her name was not included. I am agreeing to do so because I think it further supports my position that this company and its employee are not credible and displayed an extreme lack of accountability in the lazy way they handled my order.

Lodge mini fry pans
I purchased the Lodge mini fry pans in the Reno store, the service is always awesome in the store, the Team is always ready to assist. These little pans are great for single serving cobblers and cookies topped with ice cream!I then ordered six additional online, they shipped promptly and timely to relatives in Michigan.
