Because I was ordering a freezer for our food pantry and being a tax exempt organization, I had to contact the company and was able to get a quick and satisfactory response. Got a great price for the freezer.
Responses were incredibly timely, and kind… And the support was very helpful
Quick action and communication by both the customer service dept. and the sales tax dept.
Asked Menard for a quote on floor bases and dunnage racks and had them in my email very quickly, customer service was awesome!!!
Terrible company, I've ordered a display case on dec 7, arrived broken dec 23, now it's jan 26 and I'm still waiting for my money back, stay away from this shady company
Amazing customer service even after I ordered the wrong thing then replaced it with the wrong thing they helped me get the right thing with no issue or hassle even started the refund process for the difference I paid for the wrong item I picked.
The best customer service I've experienced in a long time. I'd leave myself a note to contact them and before I had the chance, they reached out to me. This happened throughout the return process. Very proactive. Both the initial delivery, the return pickup and the second delivery arrived prior to the scheduled date. I highly recommend Restaurant Supply.This is my first review. I normally dont write reviews but the service was so good I felt compelled to write one.

They claim to have 90 day returns. When you click the link on their website to the return policy, you get a 504 error so who knows. Between the sales rep and their finance co, they ordered and shipped the wrong equipment. We refused delivery because it was not what we ordered. Company has yet to return the money to the finance company. Several attempts to contact them to rectify the situation have gone unanswered.
Support staff is very helpful. They tried to find what I needed and kept me updates on status.
Order 2 high chairs for my restaurant and took over a month to get delivered. The order never came but they sent an email as if it was delivered I tried cancelling the order after the expected date passed and they first said they couldn’t until de item arrives. Now after a month I called again and they will refunded but it will take another 3 weeks to get my money back. Very bad experience with them. Not ordering anything again from them!

I ordered an ice bin for my church. I was unavailable when the item was delivered. When I got home I began to inspect the package as it was wrapped with plastic and found multiple dents. The manufacturer and the carrier were not very helpful however Joseph with customer service (Restaurant Supply Co.) went above and beyond to rectify the issue. I was impressed with their customer service dept. I would definitely purchase from this company again.

Worst customer service ever. Charged me restocking fees even it is not my fault. I will file an complaint to BBB.
Placed an order online, items came broken and customer service blamed it on us. charging us restocking fees also almost 40%. That is a crazy way to do the business. I am going to complaint to the BBB. These people are rude and not helping at all.
