worst dealership i ever went to. i made an offer of 33k for a car. they e mailed me we are close. when i step in the gave me a proposal of 40.800 and change. all because the manager got a commision when we showed up. i would fire him in a second. and yes, they donate a lot. donation from your money with their different fees. just cheaters. never again!!!!!
Rick case Hyundai sold me a used 2020 Hyundai Venue. 91000 miles when I got it and about 94k when the transmission crapped out. Now they're gonna try and stiff me with $4k+ in repairs. Even though there is a recall on the transmission and the car's barely been used. Next time I'll buy new. No dealer is trustworthy.Rick Case Hyundai - Plantation
Finance Dpt get you to signed higher price, up to 10k over from the initial deal, that is HORRIBLE, when I found out by mail the price to pay to bank, Rick case finance said there is nothing to do. Be aware of this before sign.
Horrible customer service especially in the parts department! on Friday August 1st 2025 I walked into bookcase with the intention of 023 Honda Accord. When I walked up to the counter there were people behind the counter and not one was willing to even acknowledge me! Instead they just continued doing anything to look too busy to even ask what I needed! I'm appalled and I would not go there if they were the only Honda Dealer in South Florida! I've had multiple bad experience with Rick Case service department parts department in car sales and anything else to do with them. I recommended just stay away.
I bought a brand-new in 2020 Hyundai and they added the $2499 Protection Insurance (which I did not need) and the GAP which I did need and now that the car has been traded, they are refusing to give me back the unused balance for each! I will never do business with any company that operates in this matter!
I had an extremely disappointing experience at Rick Case Volkswagen in Davie, Florida, with sales representative Davion. I purchased an Alfa Romeo vehicle just three months ago, and as soon as I drove off the lot, the car began having issues. Now, I’m stuck with a vehicle that needs $3,000 in repairs— all within 90 days of purchase.I attempted to reach out to Davion multiple times to address my concerns, but he has completely neglected to respond. Worse, I was led to believe that I had purchased a warranty, only to discover later that no such warranty ever existed. This level of dishonesty is unacceptable.I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Their sales representatives are untrustworthy, and this experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Avoid this dealer at all costs!
Rick Case Volkswagen's service department really needs to get their act together. 30 days to get an appointment. Do not return phone calls and texts. Inexcusable and poor customer service. Do not have enough employees. It seems they only care about selling cars and not taking care of their customers after that. Will not buy from them again.

I’ve leased 2 VW with them and experience was good (some hiccups along the way)with both from sales to financial advisors but my service advisor Tiffany is absolutely amazing! She does her job with professionalism and courtesy. She cares about her job and it shows. She’s been my service advisor since day one and couldn’t ask for a better person to deal with. She always takes care of everything and works her magic when needed. She’s thorough and always explains everything in detail so there is no misunderstandings. Thank you Tiffany for always doing a superb job!! Rick case is lucky to have you!

IRVIN: How about if I can get you $23,799.00 plus taxes. ME Sold. Later. IRVIN: adding $799.00 + 575.00 plus adding 2000.00 hidden in total. I leave. IRVIN: if you reconsider call me. Today car on internet $23,288.00 Called. ME: I'll take the deal now. IRVIN: My managers said no, new month. ME: But you said if i want to reconsider and I have a quote in my hand. Although you added wrong by $2000.00. IRVIN: You're right we did add wrong, but my manager will only honor the addition wrong price. ME: I'll pay $23,799.00 + 799.00 + 575.00 plus taxes. Frank Parlante was great as always! This is my 3rd lease with him and I’ve had nothing but exceptional service from him which is why I keep coming back to Rick Case. Frank is very personable each and every time. Im excited about my new honda accord and look forward to doing more business in the future.

If your looking to waste your time then this the dealership to buy a new VW. I went to the VW website looking for a specific Atlas Sport where the website showed they had 2 vehicles matching my search. I called to confirm that they still had the vehicle available and was told they did. I drove from Miami in the rain walked in the showroom then introduced to a salesman that had me walk through 3 floors of inventory to be told they didn't have the vehicle. I wasted my time and gas for nothing. I was just treated to an atempt of bait and switch. If your looking to buy a VW don't waste your time at Rick Case.
Albert Estevez, one of the VW finance guys, is a little slimy snake. He tried convincing me that my car had less warranty than it actually has. When I wouldn't purchase it, he then proceeded to add a $700 charge in my finance agreement thinking I would not notice it. Then he lied and said if I removed it, my monthly payment would go up....just a pathetic slimy little man. I'm sure he has conned many unsuspecting hardworking folks out of their hard earned money.

I have been receiving excellent service from all the staff at Rick Case Honda since I purchased my vehicle there in 2010. I only trust them with my car and I have not had any issues with my vehicle for the past 13 years. Every service advisor and mechanic I have come in contact with provide me with excellent service. I recently went to Rick Case Honda for service. Ms. Ana was my service advisor. She is super nice, personable a true expert in her field of work and a true professional. She keeps me informed and updates me frequently on the status of my vehicle. I truly recommend Rick Case Honda for all your vehicle needs from purchase to finance and service.
