Had what I wanted. Very fast shipping, however the shipping cost was very high!

The website claims to have parts in…

The website claims to have parts in stock when they aren't available, and no one bothered to tell me. Still, they charged me and, after hearing nothing for a week, I had to request a refund (which, to their credit, they promptly did). This company is not proactive with customers and doesn't keep them properly informed.

Exceptional outdoor wreath bows!

Great company. Great products. Their outdoor red nylon 18” and 24” wreath bows are spectacular! Every year I look forward to adding them to all our wreaths. They always look brand new year after year and are visually stunning.

Helped me out in a bind

Helped me out in a bind! Ordered on Monday for NDA and they said it would ship. It wasn’t until Tuesday when I called and the package never left your plant. Disappointed

I placed my order on 12/01/25, received notification that it shipped the same day. However when I check the tracking #, it says the order cannot be traced until the shipper (UPS) receives the package and it says a label is being created. What is the holdup? For the price I paid and the shipping, I expect much better service.

I have NOT received my purchase and…

I have NOT received my purchase and within days of ordering it got a notice that it would not be available until the first full week of the new year! I do not understand why it was even 'available' to order. I ordered it 2 days after Thanksgiving. I do NOT understand this! To me this is unacceptible. Hopefully the recipient will understand & totally love the product. If not I will be very upset!

The website inacureately shows the product compatibility to older models. I had to pay returning shipping to get refind minus original shipping.

The website shows the product is compatible to my old model, but when I received the product I found the dimension of the drain opening was bigger than mine. I showed the pictures to the customer service but I was told to return the product and had to my the returning shipping in order to get my purchasing price refind minus the original shipping.

Why am I being asked to review something that hasn’t shipped?

The merchant requests you review your experience even before your item ships.Order was placed on 10/25. It is now 11/3. I ignored the first request for review on 10/27.What am I reviewing? How I feel about the delay? I think running a business is tough. I don’t mind the delay at all, but you couldn’t program the website to send me this reminder after I receive the product?“The expected ship date has changed for the unshipped item(s) from your Riverbend Home Order.
