Bad Business decisions
I rented over 3,300 of DJ equipment I was supposed to receive two 7,000 w electric generators. I received one seven and one smaller both which were not 100% charged I also rented two technique 1200 MK2 turntables asked if they would be serviced response was yes of course they were not service for years very dirty and abused the tone arm would not hold a cue even with different styluses, the DJ table suede back and forth and I did not trust that it would even hold the turntables 3 folding tables were dirty and buckled in the middle these are just the small stuff I had four subs and four tops that were positioned in the worst place possible with cable curbs ran right in front of all the canopies with the most foot traffic bad decision the technician worked on getting everything hooked up for more than 3 hours when it should have took one so that was 3 hours with no music I rented this stuff for 8 hours you would think they would give me 3 hours refund nothing was refunded all the wires were left like a rat's nest all over the ground in a damp environment I was supposed to have a gas backup generator rated at about 4 to 5,000 Watts I received a 2,000 watt. Feedback that was coming through the speakers was horrendous the technician walked away after he thought he fixed it with all his stuff left and shambles I had to organize figure out what was going on phone call after phone call until someone finally showed up to try to fix it 3 hours later the whole day was a nightmare but Sharon the owner believes that this does not warranted for any type of refund or credit and this is what happens when a business is handed over to you from your parents that you don't care about beware I wouldn't rent anything from this place.l would be careful even buying a piece of vinyl and this is not a rant this is the truth the person that was in charge of the whole thing named June did try and help did take pictures did also agree that everything was not correct but all of a sudden was not on my side I guess the boss has the last say I know I forgot a few things like charging me $1200 for delivery and pick up when every other company wanted 500 sending people that did not understand English at all was hard to work with not good not good at all
