Their service is a difficult to cancel subscription scam

The packaging was cheap looking. Their subscription service is a scam. They make it very difficult to cancel. Magically, if you want to order, you can, but to do anything else, you have to login . They do not send new Forgot Password link as they say so logging into an account becomes impossible. They have nobody return phone calls or e-mails.

Charging for items you didn't buy

The product is nice, but they keep charging for fees that I have no clue about. They charged me $29, and another for $3 with no explanation or even a receipt of the charges. This is fraudulent practice.

This company is really the greatest my husband order me some flowers for Valentines Day and I never received them so I reach out to the company and they rush over my flowers with no difficulty or problems like those other companies who give you so much headaches they’re willing to make there customers very happy and the flowers are so beautiful and I will differently order from them again. Thank You

Don't buy roses from this company

Package was not delivered within 5 business days as advertised, so I had to order some more permanent roses on Amazon that were better and for less so my wife would have flowers on Valentines day. Once their's arrived three days late they would not send a return label to refund my money. Next time you want to buy these type of roses go to Amazon or Costco to save money and get it same day or next day.

What a waste

What a waste , i should have stuck with "Million Roses" ..nope, lesson learned. You get what you pay for.. paid for 3 day delivery to arrive 2/13, arrived 2/17, after hours at my Wife's office, noting "Sender Not Found" ..DUH at 7:30 in the evening? Smh, another flailing NYC business. UPDATE: Response to below , I have sent several emails , with my order number and tracking information.... "Crickets" 6 days and counting. Maybe you should check your emails before making "Canned Response" smh.

I rarely ever leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience so that other customers are fully aware of how this company operates.I feel obligated to warn others. I ordered well before Valentine’s Day, and the company told me my delivery would arrive on Valentine’s Day itself. But after Valentine’s Day passed, and only after multiple attempts to contact them, I was finally informed it wouldn’t be delivered for almost two weeks later—far too late for the occasion.What’s worse is the complete lack of communication. I have called and emailed over five times trying to get clarity, updates, or a refund, and they have completely ignored every attempt. No responses. No accountability. No resolution.As of today, I still have not even received my order.When a company fails to deliver what they promised on a date as important as Valentine’s Day, fails to communicate, and ignores repeated attempts by a paying customer to resolve the issue, it shows a complete disregard for customers.I still have not received my order, nor have I received a response to my refund request.This was one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had. Until they resolve this, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Think twice before ordering here if you expect reliability and communication. Customers deserve much better.

False advertising! Don't rely on a gift being delivered on time

Not recommended! First, I ordered roses for my granddaughters Valentine gifts as RF falsely advertised orders would arrive on or before that date. Took days to get tracking just to find out they hadn't even left NJ.In addition, they sneak a $2.95 "subscription" service that they will hook your cc for a monthly cost of $29. I did not agree nor sign up for said subscription. I sent and email and called their phone number and have yet to receive a reply. I am a person who does file complaints with AG state offices and this company will certainly get one.Don't put yourself, your cc info or plan on a gift being delivered on time as they do not deliver on any front!

Placed my order a week before…

Placed my order a week before Valentine’s Day and payed for the guaranteed Valentine’s shipping just to be notified 48 hours before the holiday that they sold out of my flowers and I should choose an alternative. When I asked about the alternative I was told there was no alternative and I would not be getting my delivery at all. Now I’m stuck looking for last minute flowers on 24 hours notice. Horrible experience for Valentine's…

Horrible experience for Valentine's Day. I placed the order 1/15 for Valentine's Day Delivery. Contacted them to see if it could be delivered on the 13th and received a text back indicating that the 13th is fine. Well the flowers were delivered on Friday the 6th. I have made 4 phone call attempts and 3 emails to them and they have yet to respond. I mean come on I look like a fool having Valentine's Day Flowers delivered a week in advance. Telling friends and family about my experience and they will not be giving them anymore business.

Impossible to contact customer service.

This is the second year in a row that I ordered flowers for delivery on Valentine’s Day and they came early. I tried about 25 times to call and email their customer service team to no avail.

Online fraudulent company

Do not waste your money. I placed an order mid-January for a Valentines gift. After seeing the order was delivered to the wrong address, I contacted customer support, which turned out to be a tremendous waste of time. Initially the company stated I ordered for “pick up” at a post office 30 miles from delivery address. When I forwarded the original order back to them showing it was order to be delivered to my child’s dorm, they replied that the mistake could not be corrected and she would need to travel the 30 miles to retrieve the order. Absolutely unacceptable. I explained my child was in university and did not have a vehicle to do a pick up. I requested a refund or, that the order be reshipped and delivered to the address AS I ORDERED it to be. Neither has happened and no reply has been received regarding their mistake. This has been a waste of $100, my time and this company is a fraud.

⚠️ Please buyer beware at checkout. Don't check the sneaky box for the additional discount and subscription right above pushing pay button! I did, but then deselected it. On email receipt, that mistake charged me for 2 more boxes! I wrote them right after. Hours later they wrote back and they wouldn't refund, saying the order went through and that box can't be unchecked, saying sorry for the inconvenience!! Ripoff alert!⚠️

Timely Correction

I had a special where I got 2 flower arrangements for a discounted price but I wanted to send them to 2 different addresses. Also I forgot to submit my note for the flowers. I emailed the customer support and they responded right away and cleared up my orders and got them to their destinations in a timely manner.

I Ordered flowers for my wife's…

I Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday on 10/4/2025. I received them on 10/8/2025. When I opened the box I noticed red and black sie color on the box. I pulled the flowers out of rhe box and noticed instantly that they were smashed and not fluffed out as they looked in the pictures on line. Now I'm going back and forward through via email because I can't get no one one on the phone to tell them about these horrible flowers they sent. .

Roses the Bring Beauty and Fragrance to Any Room

What made my experience great was, from the time I ordered the roses until the time they arrived it was an easy process and the roses arrived before they were intended to arrive. Upon receiving the roses, I was quite surprised at how beautiful they were and how good they smelled. So far, I have purchased the 16 red roses in the black velvet heart shaped container and the 15 blue roses in the see through heart shaped container. They are both displayed in my office and add charm and a lovely scent. I tried to find some way to suggest you improve but I am at a loss because everything has been wonderful in dealing with Rose Forever. Thank you!
