Today's market for auto sales has changed for me. I no longer can walk onto an auto mall with cash without a credit report and drive away in a vehicle. Once I realized that, the process to owning a vehicle from Rt 73 AutoMall was smooth and fast. The transfer of titles is somewhat slow but I was able to drive off the lot and am still driving since day one.
Had the best experience here! In spite of the various challenges I faced purchasing a vehicle for the first time, this automall was patient and supportive the entire process! They were a pleasure to work with. I trust everyone working at this automall. Anthony was particularly helpful - even until the last minute when I felt like I was going to have a breakdown!
Bought a sprinter from Rte 73 automall on Dec 2 2017. After purchasing it and taking it to a MB dealership for maintenance in mid Dec, turns out it needed $3000 in repairs. Plus - no spare tire which they didn't mention. And a dead battery. And illegal seats installed in the van by the previous owner. I will end this review on the 1 positive note: the sellers were extremely nice and kind. I have nothing negative to say about them - personally.
I am a contractor. I have been searching nationwide for Mercedes Benz sprinters. Being that I am from Arizona there are not many here. I found a sprinter I liked and contacted Anthony. He went out of his way to facetime with me to show me the truck and I flew in. The price was exactly what we had agreed on, the truck was the exact one I saw. There was no nonsense of any kind and there were no games involved. This was 3 years ago, I have since purchased 6 sprinters from Anthony. Never an issue with them driving them all the way back to Arizona. Anthony is always willing to go the extra mile for his clients. Very honest and very hard working.
Would highly recommend to everyone looking for a good car!!
Anthony was one of the best finance people I have ever worked with. He was so attentive and helpful to my needs. He understood what I was looking for and made my experience extremely comfortable and easy. If you are looking to buy a car you would be doing a real disservice if you do not work with Anthony. I am absolutely in love with my car and did I mention it was for a great PRICE and it is all thanks to Anthony.

My Opinion of RT 73 AutoMall is completely unparalleled to any other car dealership. They make you feel very special and take the time to exceed your needs and desires. Their finance process though long was very pleasing in the end, I got my truck, and a great loan experience. I am very thankful to Anthony for holding my hand through the process!
