Fine product, awful customer service
I have bought over $1500 of rubber from them. Most of the product has been as advertised. However, my most recent order got lost in USPS. I reached out to RSW to tell them this, and they said that they would send me a replacement if tracking showed no updates in 5 days. When that date was reached, I followed up asking that a replacement get sent as no progress was made. I then sent 2 more follow up emails with no response.2 weeks later, I tracked down a phone number (still having not received the product) and gave them a call. The person on the line was not accommodating at all saying that he never saw my emails and that "I was emailing the wrong person" despite them sending me an initial email saying they would send a replacement.He then hung up on me to "take another call." I called back the next day and spoke the same person who said that I should have "sent an email followup when it didn't make progress" which I did 3 times. He said they don't send out replacements. He then said I could go ahead and order it again if I wanted.Overall, product is good but customer service will gaslight and ran you around in circles.
