Alex and Haroun at Ruggle Up are so professional and responsive. They made me a custom rug. It is absolutely beautiful and exactly done to my specifications and gave me great advice throughout the process. The pricing is so fair and you’ll get a very high quality rug. I recommend them wholeheartedly and would use them in a heartbeat for any further jobs.

I found RuggleUp on instagram. I called and began the process of making custom rugs. I ordered three rugs from RuggleUp and the experience was great from start to finish. The design team was easy to work with and put together multiple design iterations with me. We worked collaboratively to make sure to get the rug just right. I also ordered a few strike offs which was very helpful. Once I received the rugs, I was extremely impressed with the quality and attention to detail. They brought the exact designs I had in mind to life and the rugs are beautiful additions to each room in our home!

Beautiful rugs!
This was my first experience working with a custom rug company. Since I am not a designer, I had many questions about the process and Alex helped me every step of the way along with Haroon and Yusuf. I Love RuggleUp, they delivered exactly what they said they would within the time frame hey said they would and with incredible support throughout the process! They provide with a fast turn around drawings and color options and once finalized a sample swatch of the actual rug in the actual colors. Fantastic! My client is in love with his rug! I am already set to order another custom rug with another client!

From the planning stage to installation…
From the planning stage to installation my process was so easy. I had a column in the middle of the room and we created a whole to customise the rug to the space as much possible. The quality is beyond what I expected. And the service is amazing 👏👏👏
