I’ve been using Rythm for about 6 months now and honestly can’t recommend it enough. Ease of collection. Thought it is not necessary to do it monthly cause u do not see result and changes well for 3 months so i do not like monthly labs… not necessary…need an option of how often like labs as I manage my own care since the medical world tried to make me ill… I am medically trained but I do not have biased opinions- I get the facts-research. This is great like to see few different options in labs

It’s so easy and simple to do and I love the overall setup and speed of the results once you get your results I love how it compares each test to the last and gives you explanations I do wish they would add the PSA Prostate test # that is so important to us men to keep track of.

Very easy way to track your body's internal data! Data collection is very easy, returning the collection is easy, test results are super efficent (just experienced 36hr turnaround), and test results are invaluable, especially tracking data month over month. I wish I could print the month over month results to share with my doctor and I wish they had an App!

So I am adding another review, if you have any hesitation in doing these blood tests, let me tell you my story from this week, I have no health insurance, 56 yrs old. I am in great health, don’t smoke, don’t drink, work out 4-5 days a week, eat great. Everything you want to be I am. Well I’ve done two blood tests with rhytm now and the owner of this company just saved my life. My cholesterol has been borderline my whole life. Nothing to alarmed at. But recently it has risen, once again I eat a healthy lifestyle. So I sent the blood work to my doctor and they urgently call me to come in ! They sent me for a heart calcium plaque build up calcium test, which I did on Monday. A normal calcium test score should be 0-100 , my score is 1100 which is very dangerous to go on not knowing this.I will find the root of the problem , but now I am safe and on a medication to stop the risk of a heart attack or stroke immediately as of tonight.I am also on zero medications my whole life before this, no symptoms of anything !Do the test! It’s potentially saved my life!I would love to personally thank the owner of this company but I know that’s not possible.Please pass the message to themJohn PerusoCheshire , ct

I had a really good experience using Rythm Health for at-home blood testing. I have a pretty strong needle phobia, so traditional venous lab draws have always been a barrier for me when it comes to monitoring my health. The capillary collection kit made it much easier to actually follow through with testing.The kit was straightforward, instructions were clear, and the process was far less stressful than going to a lab. Because of that, I was finally able to check important markers like testosterone and other health indicators that I had been putting off for years.Shipping and turnaround were smooth, and the overall experience felt professional and well thought out. Product is great but as a man on TRT…
Product is great but as a man on TRT who has to donate blood due to elevated hemoglobin. I was disappointed that this test doesn’t give me that Lab value to know when I’m due for donation. Having to go get a separate CBC kinda of defeats the purpose for me .
