Best deserts ever
This is the 3rd time ordering from this company and the deserts are amazing.The banana pudding cake I ordered for my husband was so moist and delicious I will be ordering from savannahs again.

Absolutely awful experience here
Absolutely awful experience here. Ordered a gift basket for Christmas. Shipping was already quite high for a small basket. Over a week later it hadn't arrived. No message from them or the carrier. There was obviously some sort of issue with the online ordering system when it converted the customer data fields to their shipping labels, the address and name were incorrect. Package sat in purgatory awaiting an address update. When I called to do it, UPS informed me that normally they can change them, but Savannah Candy Kitchen has it blocked on their end and it needs to be done directly through them. When I called Savannah Candy Kitchen, they informed me to do that, they charge an ADDITIONAL $25 dollar fee. The person I dealt with was incredibly rude. The gift recipient said the pralines were grainy/stale and the candy wasn't great. Total waste of $100+ dollars. Will definitely take my business elsewhere going forward.
