I had ordered a custom cotton bandanna as a gift using original artwork. When learning from the recipient of how thin and cheap the fabric was, I was disappointed and embarrassed. This product is made of a much thinner and flimsy material than what one expects a bandanna to made of. The manufacturer needs to choose better quality material or more accurately describe it.
The staff at Scarves On Demand did a fantastic job and kept me informed of progress on my request. I'd bought a hat and was considering knitting a scarf to match the many colours in it. My partner told me there are companies that can create scarves based on your own design. So did some research and sent in a photo of my hat so they could match the design - and now I'm the proud owner of the hat and scarf combi and I'm delighted with the end result and service received!
At first I was skeptical about this company as they didn’t have many reviews. However, since I was able to pay through PayPal I thought why not. I brought a pictured fleece and the results look as expected. Couldn’t be happier for my secret Santa gift, thanks again. Delivery: I live in the channel Islands and I was ordering from the UK Mainland, delivery time took around one week though Royal Mail.
