No Care In The World
I bought a controller about two weeks ago. It was the reflex FPS with TMR sticks so I spend nearly £300 on a controller. It arrived BROKEN already. Okay no problem. I will use my 1 year warranty. I sent my controller nearly a week ago and heard nothing until today where I received the worlds worse customer service from Ophelie.They don't care about your experience just your money.The most infuriating part about it all is all I was receiving was templated answers. If you use this company you are rolling the dice, best hope you don't have to use Customer Service

Absolutely terrible experience buying a…
Absolutely terrible experience buying a Scuf for the first time. Left analog stick started drifting just shy of 2 months. I paid roughly 400 for the controller and accessories with shipping. I’m sick to my stomach writing this, so frustrated with Scuf gaming. There product lasts less time as far as wear and tear than an elite controller and it’s more expensive. Currently talking to Scuf support team on how to process a refund and I WILL NEVER BUY A SCUF AGAIN. Also this review isn’t fake, I have full email receipts as proof with a order number from my original purchase but when I tried contact scuff on thier website for the first attempt at contact, I talked to a chatbot that said my order number does not exist. Talk about a terrible experience.

Had a simple mixup with controllers on description. They sent out a controller it was not correct, but they helped me correct the issue quickly and sent out the right controller. Good customer service

I bought a used controller on eBay their representative Sarah want above and beyond to try and figure out how to get a replacement dongle we came to the conclusion that for me to get a replacement dongle I’d have to get the controller so I decided to return the one I bought on eBay to buy a brand new from chef she was great and amazing to talk to you

Absolutely amazing and fast service
I recently bought a refurbished controller from them which came without some blank plates for optional button replacement. I contacted support and had a response in seconds from SCUF Nick who was super nice and immediately got me the things I needed, in the right colors too!

Less than 13 months and failure...
I received a scuf controller with upgrades less than 13 months ago, but just outside the 12 month warranty and one of the buttons no longer works. Really disappointed by this given the price of the controller. Have tried to contact scuf via chat but have been informed they don't do repairs. Complete waste of money as the standard controllers at 25% of the price last longer! Not being able to talk to anyone has dampened my experience too. Prior to that though, the controller did everything it was advertised to do and using it was an enjoyable experience. Just not worth the money for just over 12 months use...

Wired controller constantly losing connection
I love the dynamics of this controller (Valor pro wired), but the slightest movement of your controller loses its connection. Had this issue since taking it out the box but was able to secure the wire to where there was minimal movement but now it’s to the point where I can’t keep it on for more than a second and I’ve only had it for a few months. Not worth the money

Build quality is trash
Build quality is trash, within 2 weeks my controller was making a cracking and creaking noise. Had to tear apart the controller to fix the paddle and I do not play but maybe 2 times a week. Will never buy again especially for the $279 price. Never again.

Exceptional customer support
After several frustrating attempts engaging with the chat bot regarding a warranty claim, I got Scuf NICK as a live customer service representative. Scuf NICK took about two seconds to respond with knowledge of my order and issue. Scuf NICK took another few seconds to email the necessary information and documents to take care of requests. I was absolutely impressed with the speed, accuracy, comprehension and support offered by Scuf NICK! Well done!!

Controller itself is built tough and…
Controller itself is built tough and feels great. Software inside the controller lacks. I have the pro, constantly disconnects during game play and will have to reset the controller in order to continue game play. Doesn’t turn on my console from the controller like other controllers do. Doesn’t charge unless plugged into outlet or turned on console

these controllers are a scam and breaks in a month from stick drift to it powering off randomly or the buttons not working randomly would not recommend to anyone. just save the $300
