Friendly and helpful when purchasing.However, the phone arrived to me with a fault. I sent it back for repair.They noted that the screen was damaged. This was indeed damage that I had caused; a long scratch.But the reason for the return was that the phone shut down every time I used the camera.Upon receipt of my phone (which I had owned for 2 months) they declared that I had voided the warranty because the screen was damaged, accepting no responsibility at all for the fact that the phone did not work properly.They wanted £9.00 to return the phone to me.When I eventually got around to this they informed me that they had destroyed the phone, as per the terms of their warranty.I didn't believe them ("It would have been destroyed", not, it has definitely been destroyed). Why destroy a phone you can easily fix it and make another £95?If they do destroy phones then that's a sad waste of materials.I would not recommend purchasing used phones from this company and I wish I hadn't done so.
