A Minus Star is what is needed

This Company is TERRIBLE. They missed the flower date delivery; They said they would compensate with a $50 credit. They didn't issue the credit. Then when they finally delivered the flowers, they delivered the wrong ones. They said they would compensate again with another $50 credit. NO CREDITS were EVER RECEIVED. In short: terrible service, the wrong flowers, missed deadline and a barrel of fibs regarding the credit. This place is a rip off

Biggest. Rip off. Ever. DO NOT USE!!!

I went online to place an order for funeral flowers. Upon completing the order, realized I'd ordered from the wrong place, rather than the florist recommended to me by a friend. I called to cancel my order--literally 2 minutes after it had been placed--and they gave me a refund--ahem--MINUS 30% of my product costs, MINUS shipping and handling. I lost over $90 due to unreasonable business practices. It's a disgusting company. So many better ones out there! Please do your research!!
