10/10 would recommend!!! I’ve had the pleasure of both knowing and working with Zach for many years now. He is, honestly, one of the most genuine, easy to talk to, down to earth and kind human beings that I know. The work he does is always above and beyond, he truly takes pride in everything he touches. The few projects I’ve hired Zach and his team to do have been nothing but flawless. Cannot say enough good things!
Zach is one of the most practical and conscientious people I know. If there’s ever hand needed or job to be done for friend and neighbors, he’s always willing to help in anyway in can.
Zach is in incredibly conscientious and caring landlord. He goes the extra mile to provide clean, livable, functioning spaces to his tenants. As a renovator, he also has the knowledge and experience to properly tackle upgrades and repairs. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Zach has been a great landlord and neighbor. He has made a lot of improvement to the properties he purchased about two years ago. He is a very nice person to work with.

Zach and the Lake Street Home Buyers team are wonderful to work with. Zach has extensive experience in real estate acquisition and renovation and can look at a transaction from the angle of the seller as well as future buyers for a renovated product. The process of selling can be intimidating, but working with someone who has experience but is also honest can have a huge impact of relieving stress.
