I'd be lying if I didn't say that I had some reservations when I decided to sell my phone online. But for me, I would rather deal with an established company as opposed to potentially shady individuals. Trustpilot had excellent ratings for Sellmycellphone, and I really believe they were the best choice. I was paid exactly what I expected and based on my experience I'd recommend them to anyone.

I sold my iPhone to Sellmycellphone - the process was very smooth from start to finish. I am located in California and everything was done remotely. They provided me with a prepaid shipping label and then I mailed it out to them and got paid. Communication was great and whenever I had questions and texted them, they replied very quickly. I will definitely work with these guys again, for any future cell phone selling needs or if I ever need a refurbished phone!

Fist and foremost, I was skeptical about using an online service to trade in my phone. But I couldn't be happier with this service. It took a total of 5 days (with a weekend included) from the time I visited their site the first time until the money appeared in my Paypal account. The customer service was extremely helpful, they were easy to work with and entirely professional. Not only would I highly recommend this service, I will no doubt be using them again.
Stay away from these people. It took me 2-3 months to get my refund from them. I sent so many emails that went unanswered. I called and no one would answer the phone. I literally had to threaten to hire an attorney for them to finally respond. Save yourself the headache. Find another company.
