the worst support team i have dealing with ever, they can't answer a simple question, and if they did, all what you got an answer like "yes" "no", "do a reset", i tried to get more details and they stop answering my question, WORST EVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
