Buying the package was easy and effortless, shipping wasn't as told. It took about 5 days instead of 2, but that was most likely due to the delivery company and it being holidays. Packaging was very good. The drives look good but I haven't tested them yet.

I purchased Western Digital Ultrastar DC HC510 HUH721010ALE600 0F27452 10TB 7.2K RPM SATA 6Gb/s 512e 256MB 3.5" ISE Power Disable Pin HDD × 2, and I received an email thanking me for my purchase Order SPD-126405 on November 24 at 10:52 am. Another email came through at 1:08 am saying my order was on its way. I was reviewing my emails today, looking for the shipping information, and saw that another email was sent on 11/24 at 2:02 pm stating the order had been cancelled and refunded. I thought I was finished Christmas shopping and if I had not looked for the shipping information, I would have been waiting for a package to arrive.

Great customer service
waited a few weeks before posting a review just in case, but the service was great. Received one bad drive out of 6 ordered and knew there was a chance it could happen, only took 24h to get the RMA squared away and received a replacement drive a week after mailing it back(not SPD's fault, unlucky timing on weekends). have had zero issues with my drives since other than they're almost full already and I need to order more soon.+1 to Level1Techs for recommending SPD.
