Not bad after setup.
I must admit, initial setup is a little bothersome, but once your recipients are set up, it's a breeze. I just sent money to help with a medical emergency to family members in Central America and it only took slightly more than 1 hour to arrive. Thanks Sharemoney.

They Used to Be Better
I originally wasn’t planning to leave a review, but since Sharemoney requested feedback, I’ll share my experience.I stopped using Sharemoney because their transfers were often painfully slow. Sometimes transactions would take 12–24 hours, which is unacceptable when other services I’ve used can deliver in minutes or just a few hours. Meanwhile, I was paying fairly high fees with no free transfer option.Customer service also seemed to decline. I spoke to a representative who didn’t even seem to understand how the service worked. For example, when I asked about a “$1 off your next transfer” promotion, he said they no longer did that—yet I continued receiving these promotions. At one point, I found myself calling before every transfer to check for network delays, only to be told sometimes there were issues and the office was closed outside of normal business hours. Previously, they were 24/7, so losing after-hours support was the final straw.That said, their exchange rate is probably one of the best out there. But the high fee means you really only get that benefit if you’re sending a few hundred dollars or more. For larger, less time-sensitive transfers (which is rare for me), I might still consider them—but not for everyday use.For me, speed and reliable support are essential, and Sharemoney didn’t meet those expectations. I now prefer other services that are much faster and more consistent.Thank you again for your clarification.I would still like to address the statement that you offer “$0 fee days multiple times per month.” As someone subscribed to your mailing list, my experience has been that I receive one $0 fee promotion per month — not multiple. These offers are typically sent mid-morning and expire the same night at 11:59 PM EST, which effectively gives customers less than a full day to use them.The issue isn’t just frequency — it’s practicality.These short-notice, same-day promotions don’t always align with real customer situations. Many people don’t have funds available on the exact day an email is sent. For example, I may need to send money later in the month when I actually have funds available — not within a 10–12 hour window on a random weekday morning.When the offer expires before a customer is even able to use it, it doesn’t feel like a meaningful benefit. It feels more like a marketing tactic than genuine flexibility.A more customer-friendly solution would be to offer one fee-free transfer per month directly on a customer’s account, allowing them to use it when it actually fits their financial timing. That would be far more practical and transparent.I’m simply explaining why the current structure doesn’t reflect what “multiple $0 fee days” suggests in practice.
