DO NOT USE SHELBY DESPITE ALL THE "GOOD" REVIEWS. DO NOT TRUST THE REVIEWS. This was the WORST experience I have ever had.I had specifically asked Ray if I need to have cash to pay the rest of the fee, and he told me no - Venmo or Zelle is OK. So I specifically did not prepare for such.Comes to find out when I am to get my car at my destination, the transporter ONLY ACCEPTS CASH and refused to give me my car unless I had cash. It was 8PM and I needed my car (and had it delivered by this date for specific reasons). I walked around the town and the ATMS would not let me pull out the amount needed. The transporter also kept telling me they had notified me that I needed to pay in cash via text and phone messages - I mentioned and showed proof that I had never received such information.Comes to find out - Shelby Auto Transport uses ANOTHER party as the "contact" between transporter and customer. This OTHER party that was our "contact" was copying messages between us and DID NOT SEND ME THE MESSAGE ABOUT NEEDING CASH. Additionally, this "contact" NEVER PICKED UP THE PHONE no matter how many times you called them. The transporter was also given this third party contact as my contact information and it is written all over his paperwork.DO NOT USE SHELBY AUTO. THEY GIVE YOU INCORRECT INFORMATION AND USE AN ADDITIONAL THIRD PARTY AS YOUR CONTACT BETWEEN YOU AND YOUR TRANSPORTER LEADING TO MISCOMMUNICATION. ADDITIONALLY, SHELBY TAKES $250 AS A CUT TO THEMSELVES BECAUSE I LOOKED AT THE INVOICE FROM THE TRANSPORTER (WHO HAD NO CLUE WHO RAY WAS) AND IT WAS $250 LESS THAN WHAT THE TOTAL WAS.
