Nice quality, SLOW shipping!
Ordered from them because I saw a good review and they offered a metal print size that others did not offer.First, the order was a week before Christmas, so let's take that into account. But their site clearly gives their *current* processing time ("8 to 10 business days"), so expectations were set. However, no matter how I count "business days", they still took 3 full calendar weeks and 13 business days to ship. I sent them a contact note on their site about this but never even got a reply! So much for caring about the customer?That said, the quality was very nice.I would use them again, but would not count on their delivery estimates!!!
