Professional, kind and prompt communication.
I’ve had numerous cars shipped with the top companies (Sherpa, Montway, etc) with much success and minor issues, but my biggest gripe has always been the lack of prompt communication. My experience with Esmee at Shipthatcar was a breath of fresh air in this regard. My wife and I were traveling in Europe when her 80 year old mother had mechanical issues with her Subaru while 300 miles from home. She was able to get it to the closest dealership for the repairs but was told that it would take a week. My wife arranged for her transportation back to her home in Marble Falls, TX and I started researching shippers because we weren’t going to have her do another 600 miles round trip to get her car. After getting numerous quotes I narrowed it down to shipthatcar because Esmee was so responsive , kind and professional with all questions and had real compassion for the situation we were in. Long review short…she was awesome, the car was picked up and delivered as promised and my mother in law is happy again.
