Once Bitten, Twice Shy
Twice i tried to order from them. The website is terrible and still has not been updated in ages. Thought my order had gone through, but it hadnt. Tried several times but to no avail. Emailed and the person replying basically said it was my fault and that it was easy to navigate. It isnt. Then he told me I was too late and he had sold the item. A year later I saw the item again, didnt realise it was the same company at first. Exactly as described as before so believe it was the same one. Once bitten shy. The items appear too low priced. Don't trust them. I'd avoid at all costs

Fantastic service, with some phenomenal vinyl at great prices. Updated throughout from purchase, postage was VERY quick and well packaged in a vinyl mailer. They even checked before sending as my address on the website and paypal were different to ensure went to correct address.Ignore the negative reviews, which nearly put me off, an excellent service

I ordered an expensive record that was rated NM, but it didnt play well at all, with lotsa surface noise and a big skip where the stylus gets stuck. I contacted the company via their website (more than a week ago) and by email (4 days ago) but still have received no reply.

Complete and utter sham
Complete and utter sham of a site run by the lowest scum bags.Placed an order and requested to cancel 24 hours later (it happens), was met with a rude email saying "why should we?" and basically told to sort it out with PayPal on my end.Opened a dispute case the next day when I knew the seller wasn't going to help which immediately caused a barrage of abusive emails calling me a liar and an idiot and to close the case, tried to use long words to sound clever but i've been around the block and don't scare easily.2 weeks later and literally minutes before my PayPal claim ends the seller adds a fake tracking number by some dodgy company in China?!?!?! I contact PayPal, we both laugh at how stupid the seller is and they close the case in my favour and fully refund me.There's a reason there site looks like it was made by a 5 year old, it's because its run by 5 year olds!

This is seriously one of the greatest sites for music memorabilia, rare records and specialized in Picture Discs, huge range at affordable prices, the purchase process is different but no more or less complicated than other websites. I've been using them for years and the quality of their items and the excellence of their packaging and their response and dispatch timings has always proved to be at a very high level!!!!!!

I was a little nervous about purchasing from Totally Vinyl as the website was a little difficult to navigate and the buying process was something I havent experienced before. However, I was beyond impressed with the service I received. The book was in great condition which was accurately described on the product page before I bought it. They took care to pack it well so that it didn't get damaged in shipping, it arrived quicker than expected, and they were extremely responsive via email when I had a concern, friendly and quick to respond, usually within minutes. Overall, the amazing service they provide is worth navigating through the website, and I would 100% buy from them again.

A totally wonderful vinyl hub
A truly wonderful store - brimming with some top vinyl gems, all reasonably priced and great condition. Led by Morgan, the sales team were super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and ordering online was a seamless breeze. The inventory is vast, and is set up on their website a little differently/non-conventionally but it's what makes them charming! I would definitely recommend.

bad homepage! bad service!
Tried to order a record. implausible homepage. first you have to order, than it will be accepted or not? than looking for shipping method? order cant be completet! account was deletet or stuff by totallyvinyl so i cant finish the process. no change to contact them! tried to reset password, they say "no account" by this email.
