Honestly
Honestly, I don’t know how you did. I was certain that I ordered a sterling silver necklace, but what I received was gold.My job was absolutely insane the last two weeks and I have not had time to follow up on my order and see if I can return this in exchange for a silver one. I hope I do not run out of time for a return before I can get to this. The necklace itself was lovely. It’s just that I wanted a silver one.

If I could choose No stars I would
If I could choose No stars I would. This company sent me a defective chain, it was linked and almost broke in half! I contacted them when they FINALLY answered after several months, they asked me to send back my chain. I returned it and they continued to ignore my messages. They DID NOT SEND A REPLACEMENT NOR DID THEY ISSUE A REFUND! They may have reasonable prices, but their product reflects the low quality. Their customer service is nonexistent!

No customer service
Ordered a chain thru Amazon, received the chain and after a very short time the chain broke. Called customer service was told how to file a claim. Tried to file claim website was down for several days, got a claim filed actually received and email saying claim submitted and would receive a return label within 24 hours. Received nothingsince July 24, 2025. Have called several times and was told my information would be forwarded and I would receive a phone call or email. Have received nothing. Each time I've called was told the same thing my info will be passed on and I would receive a phone call or email. Nothing. Supposed to be a lifetime warranty but I may be spending a lifetime just trying to get a hold of someone that will help have sent email complaints no response. Have made phone complaints to customer service no response. From July 21 to now Aug 14th no response. Have given up and requested a refund from Amazon.

Bought my chain in January 2025
Bought my chain in January 2025, it broke in March 2025. I sent it to repair and after 3 phone calls and an email, I have still not heard from them. Customer experience: ZERO.
