Never shipped my item and ghosted me about it
I placed this order using the Shop app. It’s been over a month and a half, and it still hasn’t shipped. I’ve sent several messages to the email address associated with the store and not gotten an answer. At this point, it is not clear to me that they are actually monitoring the email account, or that they intend to ship the item. I recommend staying away.

Customer service is impeccable…
Customer service is impeccable @ubbikini. I was having trouble figuring out shopping to Canada. I was walked through solutions and ended up ordering the West Indies and Pasatiempo kini sets. I misjudged the sizing in the top of the Pasatiempo kini. I was shown photos of other sizes to scale for reference and promptly received a bigger size. My experience with @ubbikini was so pleasant all around. Not to mention the styles, prints and quality are just what I’ve been looking for! I will definitely be buying my future bikinis from here.
