Poor Communication
Although the kids seem to very much enjoy the lessons provided by showcasemusicschool.com. We (as parents) have on two occasions attempted to make contact with the team at showcase. Requesting on a number of mails a quick chat on the phone due to confusing or poor email responses to discuss our children's sessions. But, they refuse to engage with you over the phone? Which would no doubt quickly sort any issues. Takes a very long time to get any email replies (at any point of school term time). Sadly I cannot recommend this organisation, after such a bad "customer experience" with trying to get support, and on one occasion actually trying to spend more money with them??
