Worst company beware I ordered lumistick eye cream from them and had a reaction when contacted them for a refund they just gave me a run around after my last review Armand did say to send all emails to them which I did and then not a word after...They are the worst company they do not give refunds and are scamming people...
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. The product is a complete rip off -- malfunctions, and when you finally get their Customer Service, they string you along but do not stand behind their products at all. Avoid this company.
This company is a scam. Don’t believe in any of their stories about their products. They have no response to a customer for more than 2 months. The ship one item less for me and till today, they refused to honour it -/ no refund and no response. They didn’t even bother to send me the item again. Their lumistick looked like a lip balm and it made my under eye wrinkles worse. Supposed to get rid of eye bags and there wasn’t even an instruction of how to use it. Apparently it’s not working. Pls do not get cheated into their marketing gimmicks. They are a liar and a cheater. I’ve been chasing for two months and they DID NOTHING!!!! Most shitty experience. And I’m also a dumb to have believed in this. Stupid
The company could be helpful by responding to requests for assistance with their products - of course that statement is predicated on the product actually being at all useful. Personally, I would advise anyone thinking about Lumistick to help with eye bags, just use cold tea bags.
AVOID AT ALL COSTSThis is company is a disgrace preying on vulnerable people hoping for help. After 12 or more emails asking for advice and help, I’ve got absolutely nowhere!!! Lots of promises were made and as others have said their last email told me to return unused pens to China at my expense?Be very careful before you buy the nail pens as they actually made my nails worse, resulting in nails that just broke off- very painful!!Asked for help , none givenI would like to meet with Max Jones,so called natural health specialist, haha keeps on telling me to have great day! This is the biggest scam ever. I ordered the product. It was taking a while to come so I reached out to find out where it was coming from and the company would not give me that information. It came and was useless. Not only did it not work, it actually made my eye bags worse. I contacted them to return per their "money back guarantee". Big time scam. You have to send it back to China at your expense and get a tracking number -- cost of that as $45-60 for a product that cost $79.95. Beware of this company and NEVER buy anything from them. They are thiefs!
By being HONEST!!!Providing correct Customer Service number, return proceedures, return information, return address.I received product I DID NOT, order. I have many, many friends and I will tell them about your company, not to order or trust you at all and they have many friends also.
This company did cancel my order upon request but will NOT refund my money!!

I had tried many different products for my nail fungus before trying the Nail Care Pen from SI Health and this was the first one that worked! Super happy with how my nails are looking. The team was also very helpful in the process :)
This products DOES NOT work. I used the product diligently and after 4 months no positive results. What is even worse about this company is they do NOT honor their commitment to refund your money if it does not work. I tried for months to get my money refunded and no results. This is not a trustworthy company and their product did NOT work for me.

I have struggled with nail fungus for years now and have tried just about every over the counter medication, but with no results.I was hesitant to try SI Health at first but am so glad I did. I finally managed to get rid of my stubborn fungus, and 5 months in, there is still no sign of reappearance.I can definitely recommend this product!
