so impressed with their customer service
After a run of horrendous customer service experiences, Skindinavia just did everything I wished the others had. Before I could even notice a delay, the company sent an email telling me (and all customers waiting on orders) that even though they typically have purchases shipped in a day, they had been overwhelmed by the number of orders that came in and it took a few days instead... so they were upgrading shipping to priority, on the house. They communicated what was happening behind the scenes, developed a solution so their customers would feel cared for, and said to reach out for tracking info or a full refund if preferred. I reached out for tracking, but received my order before they had time to reply.After having to beg other companies to do the right thing when they majorly dropped the ball (and being ignored or lied to), it was so refreshing not to have to ask, to have it taken care of, before I even realized anything was off.
