I’ve been buying their products for years now. Their products are amazing and literally healed my skin. I struggled with acne since I was 10 years old, I discovered them back in 2019 (I was 24 years old) and I’ve had crystal clear skin since. I can’t recommend them enough! Support small businesses they are struggling!!!!
I've slowly started to switch most of my bathroom toiletries over to these more natural options, and it's doing wonders for my skin. I feel like getting away from unnecessary chemicals has actually made a big difference in my life. I'm such a brand-loyal person, so it really takes a lot to switch off of the popular brand names, but this company has done it!
I have ordered from Skinfoodfix for a few years now. The face wash and MSM lotion. Both have worked wonders for me and a little goes a long way! The foaming face wash is excellent. I am an oldster with previous skin cancer so I cannot be in sun every day from 10-3. Sun gives me splotches on my face. This lotion and cleanser has helped with that. I am in northwest USA. Not international. The issues people have had with shipping date back to covid chaos plus international shipping which is iffy at best. Not fair to demean for shipping. However, communication issues (?). I have never had any issues with my orders and orders came quickly and very well packed. I would encourage anyone to try their products. However, any major skin issues need a dr attention. My dermatologist found no faults with these products.
This store alrwady has a low better business bureau score. It does not answer its chat messages. I have two or three unanswered chat messages now. Loal of this business avoided addressing my order concerns and did not inform me of the return policy. The day my order arrived I weighed both soaps, and the cookie soap weighed less than advertised. I contacted skin food fix this same days and I had to make an additional message because skin food fix did not see the first message. This company is intentionally incompetant. Do not buy from here unless you want to be cheated and receive from what I read "ineffective" products. Skin food fix, you will get your comeuppance for your wrongs done to your customers. I will never buy again.
I’ve always found that my orders have arrived quite quickly with no mistakes. I’ve ordered at least 3x and am surprised by these reviews. I love the msm products, the face cleanser and so many others. The price cannot be beat for quality.
Ordered a bundle kit, it aggravated my face so bad, it took about 6 days to get my skin back to normal. I emailed on day 4 of wanting to get a refund, but no answer, 2 weeks later still no answer. Sent issue to paypal, they have yet to recieve any response. Well, I chalk it up as a lesson. Don't believe all you read of products that help. I am not mad, just dissapointed. if you ignore customers and just take their money with no concern for their situations, life eventually will rear its ugly head. Good luck to you.....
Have ordered multiple times from this company with no issue. Today I received an order that was partially complete and missing an item. They are IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with. I filed a Paypal complaint. They need better customer support if they want to stay in business.
Feel so stupid. Should have read the reviews before throwing my money away. 100% accurate unfortunately - zero package delivered and horrendous customer experience riddled with pathetic excuses and zero attempt to help rectify issue. Can’t help but feel like I be been scammed after this experience. But good lesson to always do your research before buying from companies! For those that have skin issues there’s always reputable companies like MooGoo from Australia who are excellent. Sad the world has come to this:(
This is a great company. I had always bought my products through Etsy, but went through some personal things in my life, including having to move from Ohio to Florida. My skin has been acting up lately from the sun, and I remembered this company having amazing products, including the blue cambrian soap and blue tansy, vanilla and lavender body butter.I just realized this company is based out of Florida, and the wonderful woman behind this company got my package out so fast, that I’ll be able to have it tomorrow already (minus usps usual screw-ups lol), and when your skin is messed up, the last thing you want is that have to wait a long time for a specific product you know is going to take that all away.I don’t feel the rating that currently stands (2.5 stars??) on this company is fair at all, so I felt the need to come and give them 5 stars; for my past experiences with them and their products, and now the current ones. Please don’t hesitate to shop from SkinFoodFix. If you’re worried, just try ONE product because I guarantee it will change your mind.A 5-star rating is a no-brainer for me.Edit to add: to the people leaving one star: did you ever bother to think that MAYBE this is one person running this business and that she is very busy with orders? Also, our mail systems, whether it be USPS, FedEx, or UPS, screw up and “lose” packages constantly. I run a business and I cannot tell you how often this has happened to my business. A representative from the business has to file insurance claims and it’s a process… a long one. Perhaps SkinFoodFix has replaced your items by now, or you’ve received the delayed/lost items, and you should update your reviews. But you won’t… 🙄
My order has not been delivered and it has been a month since ordering. I reached out to customer service with screenshots and the response I got back was “this happens a lot”. Extremely disappointed because I tried their products at a friends house and loved them but I most definitely don’t foresee myself purchasing again, thankfully I’m not out too much because I ordered a small amount to try.
My package never arrived. Tracking info last information is that it never got out of their country and returned to sender. The package never reached my country.The communication with the owner was really bad.I contacted my bank to get a refund!
Every time I order from this company my products are delivered either early or on time! I love supporting this women-owned small business and my skin does too!
Terrible customer service. I paid $67.92 for shipping and it has been 24 days and I have not yet received my items. Their response was “ We have no guarantees of any sort Never have International is not in our control at all We can’t even call your country but you can call customs”. I understand shipping internationally can be tricky, especially these days but nice customer service goes a long way.
Never received my product + 0 customer service. I ordered from SkinFoodFix 2 months ago. My package has been stuck in the US for 2 months. I've tried contacting them and they ignored my emails for weeks until I finally told them I would get my bank involved and consumer protection services. Even then they have been incredibly unhelpful and ignored follow up emails. USPS has told me only they, the sender, can receive info on the package, and that's also after spending money on international calls. It's truly shocking we still have customer service like this in 2022, I'm not sure how they feel about having repeat customers feel so betrayed by them. Especially coming from a small business owner myself... let alone just human to human. I'm now out $120 USD and they don't even care. I've spent so much time and energy trying to get this sorted, I'm currently getting my bank involved but other than that, I'm giving up. It's sad because their whole ethos is helping people, but I guess once they cash their check they don't give a fck.
Never received any product in the mail. Contacted the seller, she said it was sent to a locker. I didn't send it to a locker, I sent it to my apartment. She didn't reply, two days later she said, sorry wrong email - item has been delivered to you. No it hasn't I replied, she got testy and had unbelievably bad customer service. Don't do it. I have zero tolerance for disrespect
Love this company and their products! They're ACTUALLY an all natural and plant based company, and their products work. My friends and I have always had a great experience with them. My favorites are the MSM gel, tea tree toner, honey and oats cleanser, and the feminine v foaming wash.
I absolutely love this line of skin care ! The MSM has cleared my daughters acne and I love love love the oils .
This company touts all natural skin products , so I was really excited to give them a try. I placed an order on 10/29/20 for $81.40. Paid for overnight shipping (1-3 days). It is now 11/6/20 and no products. Per their website my order is unfulfilled. I emailed this company 4 times and never received a response. Unfortunately, my bank is now involved. Please save your time , money, and effort and do not order from them.11/6/20I received an email from the company and my order is being shipped. I'll update my review once I receive my products. Fingers crossed!!11/09/20Received my products !!
