Chimes collection-very nice-surprising
The chimes collection is very surprising. I really enjoyed watching videos on it to learn the instrument, and to my surprise it was much more than I expected.

This is by far my favorite piano…
This is by far my favorite piano library. Everything is amazing. The interface, the sounds and the possibilities. The price is good and right as well. Hammer + Keys is probably my favourite VST. Even after 2 years. Keep it up guys!

bought an all included bundle it was worth only half of it
it was advertised as a very precise acoustic piano plugin with beyond human precision and when i loaded it on my device i discovered it was very dim sounded not rich toned and not like i wanted it to be when i purchased it. when asked for a refund like they promised on their website i didnt get a response. i do not recommend you to buy it. although the electric pack and the new ep they released is very well made. a must have.

Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Skybox Audio
I requested a refund within the 14-day return window and sent the required email, but I have not received any response. This lack of communication has made me question their customer service and commitments. I hope they improve their service, or it will be hard to recommend their products.

Very nice piano
I took advantage of the Black Friday sale to pick up Hammer and Waves Acoustic for a very good price. I really like the instrument, and the purchase and download process was very smooth.
