Kelly Lynch that worked late on 2/5/2026 was absolutely the nicest baggage delivery person! She took extra care of ny specialty surfboard luggage and made sure I got everything okay. It’s so nice to have such great service in our hometown! Thanks Kelly!
I can honestly say Skywest has always given great service. I love the company standards and how they stick to protocol. I wish the imagine of the company were held to a better standard. I think they allow their flight attendants entirely too much leniency. They always look disheveled. They should be a lot more polished in appearance.
Airplane CRJ 700 descent but showing its age. American Airlines staff at counter was good, skywest flight attendant not very friendly and down right rude. Twin seats in front of my current seat were vacant as were other seats. I asked to move and without even looking or hesitation rejected, first time in 30 years of flying. Trip from Waco Texas to Dallas 6 dec 23.
