Never shipped an order placed 2 months ago. They do not respond to repeated emails or voicemails. Had to dispute the charge with my bank.

Never got what I ordered
You shipped my order after a long time and it got stuck in a warehouse in Sacramento where they stated it had no address?? No one emailed me or tried to contact me and they sent the shipment back. I want my money returned and have requested that and have heard nothing from your company. Very bad business and experience. Maybe you can fix that.

Don’t order here!
Read the reviews! Like many others, I was scammed as well. Never received order and no one actually exists, it’s a shell site that sells expired discount bulk. If they can’t fulfill the order you will never get one. You will not hear from them. Don’t buy here!!!My order number is #206191391512

order was placed on 10/03 and as of 10/25, order has still NOT been received. Email requesting update of shipment was sent 10/20 and that has NOT been answered

Never received product
Never received product. My package arrived stamped "Delivered without contents." Contacted the company via email, received automated response saying they'd contact me in 24hrs. 5 days later, no response. Called, but had to leave a message. 2 days; no response. Emailed again, and 3 days later, still no response to resolve not receiving products I paid for. Will be calling credit card to dispute payment.

Bad customer service, bad delivery
Ordered three boxes of a difficult to find cereal. When the shipment arrived, one of the boxes was open and the cereal had spilled out into the box. Ok, stuff happens, no problem. I call the company. Voice mail. I call again a few days later. Voice mail. Nobody ever got back to me until today when they sent me a standard survey.

Found hard to find oatmeal!
I ordered Maypo a hard to find oatmeal from my childhood a long time ago. I found it here. It was mailed and reasonably priced! It tastes like a childhood memory of snow days and sledding in the cold.
