They worked professionally on my order for 11 days, providing prompt responses to all my inquiries. They also provided the evidence I requested regarding the views, including stats and graphics. I used this company some years ago and didn't achieve my initial goal, but I did receive some contributions through their promotion. However, I recently worked with them again for a Kickstarter campaign, and I must say their customer service is exceptional. They put in a lot of effort, and I'm truly grateful for what they accomplished.
These people have been kind, competent, fair, and have a lot of integrity. I'm able to see quantitative results from my ads from Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook in a neat dashboard tool at the top at all times. They also wrote a great press release, and when my project had to pivot to Gofundme, and then pivot again to a new creative direction, they were adaptable and generous. I highly recommend them.
Thanks to the prior reviews, they saved me from this scam. Just as prior reviews have said, they will pledge 50 if you pay into their nearly believable service. What makes them believable is the fact Facebook can guarantee 1 million views for 100USD, so i figured 130 is a steal if this socialmedia-platform.com can promise greater results across multi-platforms. Unfortunately, it is a scam and it sucks that kickstarter allows such people to private message campaign Authors. I wouldn't be surprised if kickstarter sells information!i did not buy into the scam thanks to the previous reviews.
I have 2 Kickstarter accounts and i got an the same mail from this guys on different accounts... exactly the same message!+ they use a shorter link that first redirects to 10 different pages.The site also looks very unprofessional, and I would keep my hands off the service.The prices are far too expensive and everything they can offer for money is completely free!

I did see traffic but no pledges. Google Analytics shows that this traffic is not real, with 1 second view time each visitor! The press release article was written by someone that does not have English as his second language. My requests for a refund were declined. They closed my account on their platform so that I have nothing to send to Paypal. I'm now in the process of asking a refund with my bank. * socialmedia-promotion.com was SOCIAL.MEDIA before.
